Large location with a great selection. There were more box sets here than other locations in the area, and different recommendation tables than other locations as well. The staff also seemed to care a lot more about keeping the shelves organized - in several sections I ran into different workers not only reshelving product but also checking what was already out to fix the appearance. A lot of other B&N locations have been disorganized recently, it was obvious the effort they were putting in at this location.

Clean, tidy and as magical as ever. Friendly staff and orgamized shelves. I haven't been inside a Barnes & noble in YEARS. I was overwhelmed by the amount of signage but found exactly the book I was looking for, along with a few that I had never heard of.

I just had a book fair at the Barnes & Nobles Hamilton. Me and my school are so thankful to this location for making our first fair as seamless as possible. Special shoutout to managing officer Clara, who helped move equipment and was so accommodating to all our needs. She was a calm presence that helped us make it through the night.

Customer service was excellent! Needed books requested by my grand daughter for Christmas. Very helpful staff looked them up and led me right to them

The staff has always been helpful, whether I'm looking for a specific book author, or genre. The store is always clean, even the bathrooms, and checkout is efficient.

It was ease to get there by the gps, Barnes and Novel its always a good store to buy books it has variety, there is a spaces for people who want to read a book. Its ivating to stay there read and buy good books. My daughter likes it too becase she feels comfortable and can do homework or study sometimes buy books that are very interesting.

The employees are very knowledgeable and there’s actually a book club that meets, which is great. Plenty of books in stock.

Great store and lots of parking

Great assortment of books, magazines, music, gifts, and more. Clean, well lit, well stocked and organized. Inspiring displays. Nothing beats brick and mortar stores for books. When I shop books, it's kind of a treasure hunt type situation. I can't possibly know everything that's out there, shopping online I have to be looking for something specific. But at Barnes and Noble, I can just wander and browse and discover. I never know what treasures I'll find to take home.

This place is heaven to me. Right behind the library. Friendly staff and quick to help.

One of the best organized Barnes and Noble in the area. It's normally pretty easy to locate what I'm looking for, and the staff has always been very nice, and helpful.

They have a variety of books and offer a free kids club.

I was pleasantly directed to the location of the type of book I was seeking. I couldn't find it but the staff found it right away. Still very friendly and we had a good chuckle. She knew she was looking for a red cover! The tricks of the trade 😊

I was in and out with a quick birthday present for my dad. This store is always clean and all books are nicely stacked. The rest rooms are clean too and if you need a hot cup of coffee and something sweet they are there to please!
