Would love to thank Bug for helping my hubby and giving him the attention he so desperately needed. I am not sure it was this store but would love to thank her personally with a gift from the heart as she definitely went above and beyond for him. Her customer service is truly one to be rewarded!

The minute we walked into this Lowe’s we thought we were in a southern state or midwestern state. The courtesy and helpfulness from the entire staff was one of a kind in this state(NJ). A special thanks to Santos for helping us find what we were looking for; from walking us back to the aisle, getting the steps after checking to see if the item was in stock just to make sure we had what we were looking for. Customer service is an absolutely A+. Thanks to this entire Team of professionals!

Recently purchawsed a dishwasher and the sales people and the install were great! They are friendly and helpful. Great Experience and they are competitive with their prices.

My construction company's clients spend upwards of a quarter million annually with Lowe's Hamilton and I can attest to the fact that Jacob and Maritza are the engine that keeps my work flowing beautifully! Without them, my business would have a much tougher road and I'm truly thankful for everything they along with Lowe's Hamilton do for us while we bring as much business as we can.

I was there for paint, and also for some Lutron Caseta smart switches. With all the painting of my own home I've done over the years, I've become a fan of high end Valspar paints - this year I'm moving up a notch and trying Sherwin-Williams top of the line - more solids in the paint mean better coverage. The folks at the paint desk at both Lowes stores near me really know their stuff - a pleasure dealing with them. Then over to the aisle with smart switches. I had bought my first Caseta switches at Home Depot - but I was disappointed that their stock was very limited, and the sales people really didn't know anything about these products. In contrast, Lowes had full stock of the entire Caseta line, and also better pricing. I really like both stores, but this time around, Lowes won.

I wanted to acknowledge Hamilton Lowes' associate Rich as a reason to shop here! I lost my receipt and could not provide the comments I wanted to share with their corporate team, so I hope they read them here. I was in the store a few weeks ago on a Sunday looking for hardware to make Girl Scout jewelry (washers, bolts, etc.) to get our girls familiar with all things construction and building. I had my list, but frankly must have looked as lost as I felt, because that's when my Lowes angel Rich moseyed over to ask if I need help, and before I could answer, he was already taking my list and pulling items from the drawers to make the perfect washer necklaces and bolt and wingnut keychains. I could not have asked for someone with more patience to match up all of the items so that they would function for these craft, which will ultimately teach girls about building things! Later on, I found myself in the faucet/shower area and Rich was able to ease my concerns on water spots/dark finishes (all metal shows water spots! go with black and brown if that's what you want!) and teach me about water gpm and shower heads. What a great and caring person. Hope everyone gets a chance to get help from Rich.

although prices are high and the quality control is not to strict these days lowes still has a good selection and decent t prices.

This review is strictly for Billy the Manger of your store. I had fencing material delivered on 8/25. The order was incorrect, as soon as I realized it was not correct I sat on hold for 55 mins to speak to someone that assured me the fence panel would be delivered Saturday. Saturday rolled around and NO call, I went to the Mt Holly location they called Hamilton and the associate assured me the panel now would be delivered by Tuesday!!! Tuesday morning I called again to just make sure bc this has delayed my fence installation. There is not one record of any of This communication!!!! Billy delivered the panel himself!! Thank you to him!! But the rest of the experience I will he get use Lowe’s for anything ever again.

I went to purchase a Weber grill yesterday and was treated with extraordinary kindness and respect. Assistant store manager Jeff was awesome. He took the time to go over the features of the grills and even measured my truck opening to ensure it would fit! He was very kind and I really appreciate his service. He even had the assembly team put my grill together the same day! Thank you so much!

Harry is the best you have working outside. He is the reason we come back

We had lots of lumber to load and the dept was short handed due to sicknesses and the gentleman named “V” running the register was able to cover his area and helped us get our supplies. He was not only friendly but very willing to help. He wore many hats and not afraid to work!

Had a frustrating experience picking out an artificial tree since it seemed a few on display were not available in stock. But the employees stuck with us and did everything they could to please us. Jeff was especially helpful and never lost his patience. Johny was polite and helpful. Our tree is beautiful and we were more than happy with how we were treated.

I've reviewed this place already but I'll go again... I've used this store frequently for work and they are great!... the Pro Desk is top notch and the very few times I've needed to use customer service, they've gone above and beyond in trying to help.

Amazing Sales Associates! I don’t live in the area so I usually went to the nearest Home Depot for my remodeling needs. However, I went to Lowe’s while I was in the area and I had to say I had a wonderful customer service experience! Matt and appliances helped me find the perfect fridge and he was so helpful, respectful, and friendly. I received assistance from Paul in flooring and he helped me with my flooring needs. He was also very helpful, patient, and friendly. I then met Nancy at the register. I was so surprised at how personable her personality was. She was so friendly it was like we’ve known each other for years and was just having a quick girl chat. I’ve only been to Lowe’s 3 times in my life and those 3 times have all proven to be a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Each member that helped me, treated me as if I was a good friend. Although they had their mask on, I can sense that they were smiling behind the mask as they talked to me. I recently had a very uncomfortable experience with a sales associate at Home Depot near where I live and have now decided to take the longer trip and continue using Lowe’s for the rest of my home remodeling needs. Thank you Lowes Associates for such a great shopping experience! Remodeling your home can be stressful enough, but you guys made my shopping experience easy, and enjoyable. I’ll be seeing you guys again soon!

Love Lowe's this location has plenty of stock always available which is extremely important for a home improvement store. Plus they have a lot of high end decor that you cannot get at depot.

I want to take an opportunity and give a BIG THANK YOU to David in the flooring dept. he has helped us twice and never disappoint us. Last night we went to Lowe’s to get flooring we need for our local business and NO ONE IN THE ENTIRE STORE WAS ABLE TO HELP US we were told by the other associate on the flooring dept that she didnt know how to do it and no one else either only David and he will be in at 8am the next day. HERE WE ARE DAVID TOOK CARE OF US AS ALWAYS.
Lowe’s please recognize and value your hard working worker David at ur Hamilton nj store in the flooring dept.

Now in days we don’t receive great customer service like we receive from David.

Best store overall, customer friendly. Home Depot eat your heart out

I've been going back and forth for awhile now between lowes and HD. I gotta say lowes has to be the choice for me. Feel like it offers more and of better quality on a few things. Mainly wood and building supplies.
