I recently visited the UPS Store for notary services and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of service I received from the staff member who helped me I think his name is Ahmed Rasool. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and making sure that I understood the entire process.

Not only was the staff member knowledgeable about the notary services that the store offered, but they also went out of their way to explain the various options available to me and make recommendations based on my specific needs. I appreciated the level of attention and care that they put into my experience, and it made me feel confident that I was getting the best possible service.

Overall, I was very impressed with the UPS Store's notary services and the quality of customer service that I received. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of notary services, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Ahmed the store owner saved my Ikea Kitchen! I live in Miami but couldn’t find missing items to complete my kitchen in my region. Only Chicago had the items. He picked up at the store & shipped them to me in Miami safe & sound! Ahmed you are my hero! Thank you!

This is the only place you need to go to mail any packages. They do everything! The store is always very neat, clean and tidy. The New owners Ahmed and Sana are very professional, friendly and efficient. I've been coming here for years. I like that they keep me in their system for fast information pull up and they have all my ship to addresses too. They are always taking their time in servicing and making sure they have everything accurate. I had a really big box about 30 pounds to ship to Las Vegas that I couldn't bring in by myself and the owner helped me get it out of my trunk and bring it into the store. They are good advisors on what box will work and which ones won't. Easy parking and access getting in and out there.

Friendliest UPS store I’ve been to, slightly further from my home but land up here due to the quality of service. On-site notary is a big plus.

I had to go back again and make some adjustments to my shipment, and again she was very understanding and accommodating. I had the pleasure of meeting Ahmed to inquire about shipping a 16x20 glass framed picture from Schaumburg to Arizona. He was very helpful and I am pleased to say that it was wrapped very well and arrived in perfect condition. I called Ahmed to let him know that the picture arrived safely and was packaged very well, but I would also like to thank him with this review for others to see. Called them on the phone today with a question about a package I’m supposed to pick up today, and honestly, it was the quickest customer support I’ve had in my entire life. The call lasted around 30 seconds and that was it.
Now, however, is time to pick up my package. Hopefully I won’t have a problem.
