I love that place , their very nice about things and will not sugar coat nothing about no games or anything for a return , somebody got rude with them the other day and they was still very professional about their jobs I love em.

I went in the store on 3/6/24 I had a great experience with the store employee.
He was super nice & looked over my 3 boxes of game system & games.

I went in needing a xbox and the lady at the counter went above and beyond in helping me. She answered all of my silly questions and dint complaine once Bout it. She helped me find everything I needed and walked me though all of my options. I know its their job to be nice and helpful but they went above and beyond. Told me if anything was wrong with it to come back and speak to her. Helped me setup my rewards account so I could get discounts for games and equipment.

So, it can be hit or miss on my experience here. They are usually pretty well kept, but they are a small store. The usual staff I deal with don't really interact with customers unless you direct ask them a question. Very hit or miss on if what I want is in stock.

That being said, the last couple of times I have been here, it has been great. One female staff member was on top of everything. Greeted me when I got there, asked if I needed help, provided suggestions, everything. Absolutely made the experience amazing.

**UPDATE**
I usually end up dealing with the manager when I go now, not for any reason, she's just the one who happens to be there. She always makes sure I have a pleasant experience and answers all my questions.

Yeah its good my only complaint is that they seem to have little to no FNaF stuff but that really doesn't matter

I came in with 4 kids and the staff was very patient and polite and answered all their questions they actually wanted me to leave this review for the employees so Thank You again and Merry Christmas

They have great games for Nintendo Switch and ps4

I went in to buy my daughter a switch and the employees were so great. The manager helped me and she went into date detail of all the things that I would need to take care of what I purchased the most. Very helpful and very friendly!

This store is clean with staff thst actually interact with you and is quite knowledgeable about what they sell which is rare these days. Nickey is awesome! She is so down to earth as well as friendly and very helpful. She stays up to date on her merchandise to be able to be of the most benefit to her customers.

The lady here knows everything about games!! She really helped me with my purchase!!! Highly recommend this GameStop. They did not have the game I needed in stock so she ordered it and it will be shipped to my house. Shipping was free. She also answered all the questions I had about game purchases and gift cards. If your kid likes gaming and you don't know much about it I highly recommend you go here!!

My daughters favorite store in the whole world. The staff is very helpful. Especially since I'm not familiar with gaming. Lol it helps when a non gaming mom who has a gaming fanatic daughter can go to a store that can point me in the right direction & answer my questions. My daughter wants to work here when she is of age she loves it that much.

Always have bought my games and consoles at this chain in each state I lived in
Best prices and with used games you can try it for 7 days to see if you like it and if not you can return. Great trade in prices especially if you have a power up rewards card and they have midnight releases, some locations have midnight release parties.

It's just your average game stop, but I've never been dissapointed with their service. People there are nice, the store is clean, and the long term GM there is just as knowledgeable and awesome as can be.

Game Stop. Well my son has went there for over 10 years and purchased games. This place is like a friend shop. For guys. And girs . I love it . He loves it they say games and things aren't that great for kids . Well. If your child has ADHD I think it actually teaches them to focus and concentrate on something besides medicating them. He's doing great. He's a well established guy. This is a personal opinion. Thanks.

This place is awesome when it comes to buying and customer service. I recently brought some stuff back and they handled it fast and without question. Best gaming place by far and awesome staff

I love the place I mean I went to the one in gardendell and I asked for a game and they said we don't have that game and he didn't even look it up so I went to look for another game and I found the game I was looking for and I went here and asked for a game had he did everything in his power to find it I love this place and will never go back to gardendell again 5 stars no question asked about this place

I enjoy purchasing physical video games! GameStop is the only national chain with access to new and pre-owned games. Buying games from Walmart or Target does not really compare to a dedicated gaming store. That being said, shady practices and mismanagement abound with GameStop in general. This particular store services the Cullman area and the staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going again!

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the customers are satisfied. Five stars all the way
