AT&T Store

I was very impressed how fast I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. As I browsed around I couldn’t help but notice how clean the facility was. The store manager Amber greeted me personally and answered all my questions. I left out with 3 new phones for new service. Her and her team made me feel great for being a part of AT&T!! You guys are awesome!

Adam @Cullman AT&T did a great job getting all our phones upgraded and swapped around. He stuck with us through almost 4 hours of phone upgrades and downloads!

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience! I'm a 14 plus year Verizon customer and decided to switch to AT&T because of a trade in offer. I was worried because I've always gotten good customer service from the other guys....but WOW the customer service rep in the store was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to resolve and answer my questions. Jazzlynn was top notch!

Rickey is absolutely amazing! He made this whole experience so easy and effortless. I could not have asked for anyone better to help me find the best phones for the best price. This guy definitely deserves a raise! The customer service was just outstanding here!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience today! We bought a few items and we had the pleasure of Mark walking us through all of the steps for everything we needed and he answered all of our questions (He did an amazing job!) and we were not disappointed at all! GREAT service and an awesome crew!

Great store. At least here they don't lie to ya ne they try to help y without just saying it won't work and you need a new one. The store in Jasper told me my new watch wouldn't work with their watch SIM card and I told them I've had service with them on it over a yr ago just data they said I'd need to get another $60 phone line so I came back to this store in Cullman and they hadme going in 15 minutes. Jasper att store is horrible!!!...go to this one they'll hook you up

Came in after I discovered a huge mix up with my bill/account. The first rep Jason was very thorough, professional, and worked very hard to get to the bottom of the situation (which he did). I had to come back in later that day with my mother to finish fixing the problem and Sean took over the process. He was so nice, charismatic, and helpful! Great customer service

Sean was very helpful, he helped me get everything taken care has great customer service! I will definitely look forward to working with him again! It is very refreshing that he handle issues he didn’t have to deal with and made me one happy customer!

We went into the store this past Saturday and we’re helped by a young man named Shawn! He was absolutely delightful! He helped us add 2 new lines to our account and upgrade one of our phones! We have been doing business with this company for years and have always been very pleased with everyone we have ever dealt with but this young man deserves a special props because he went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything we needed to know.

Rickey was an awesome sales rep and promptly took great care of my family while we added a line and making some plan changes. Would recommend him to assist anyone that I send towards the store.

The young man that worked with me was named Anthony. He was very kind and knowledgeable. We had a few problems with the phone and he was very patient and did everything he could to fix them. I left with a great phone and was very happy with how we were treated. Great job Anthony, thank you!!

Very relaxed, yet very respectful/professional. Technology seems complicated they made it easier to use and understand. Best purchase experience involving a new phone ever for me. I'm 60,we have purchased a lot of cellular phones over the last three decades.

My family and I went in to get all of our phones upgraded and we were helped by Cameron. He was very helpful in helping us select a new phone and was very knowledgeable about them. The transfer process went very well with his help and he was very patient with our big family. Overall great experience!

This has been an incredibly fantastic experience with Sean.
We have waited so long to replace and upgrade our phones because we assumed it would be horrible.
But, not so.
Sean has been professional, polite, knowledgeable and very ae to lead us to exactly what we needed.

The employees at this location are unlike anywhere else ! My representative was awesome and went above and beyond !! The manager was Amber. I don’t usually post reviews, but I went out of my way because I was blown away. Great job AT&T!
