I would like to personally thank J.D. Bagley for the amazing customer service he provided. It is very refreshing to see that this kind of service still exists. Not only did Mr. Bagley give great customer service with a smile, he was patient with me and his kindness made my day.

Taylor was so helpful and quick. I expected to be there at least 2 hours but he got to us quickly and transferred my husband's phone in under 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. I will definitely be back.

I drive 40 min. Just to come to this store. The staff always nice and helpful. If I have a problem they fix it, and explain everything. I been come to this store for like 6 years not never had an issue.

They do a great job taking care of my family's needs with their phone service. Anytime I have a problem I go to them and they fix it right away. Thanks for all your help

We had a great experience! Went in with a simple question and Scott had the answer, but then he also had an amazing deal we didn’t even know about. Scott is friendly, knowledgeable, and great to hang out with while going through the whole process of updating your phone or plan. We highly recommend!

Taylor was our salesperson. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable on the questions we had, and made the process of switching carriers easy for us. Very satisfied with our service and will definitely recommend this store to friends.

My experience here was wonderful. I was with Garrett and he fought tooth and nail to get every problem I had fixed. I bought a couple of phones from him, and he explained what my bill would be and he nailed it! My bill was exactly what he set my expectations to. Jeremy Vanhorn is my go-to guy for anything with my billing, or when I need a new device. He has helped me set up my tablet and my son's phone; down to making sure I am happy with the device once we have had it. He has even offered to help us find the appropriate monitoring apps for my son's phone. He's also extremely good at talking me into new products!! Thank you Jeremy!!!

We can in to get a charge for my tablet and Courtney showed us up grades and we just love her. She helped me so much and she is very pleasant to talk to. Thank you for all you do for your customers.

I think Adam is an excellent employee. He is dedicated, very engaging and solved our problems. We were on the verge of going to AT&T because of our experiences with customer service and the other Verizon store in Cullman always being so busy and impersonal. He has saved my Verizon business and if I were still working, I would hire him today!

I went into the Verizon Store on HWY 157 to check and see about new serivce. I have had T-Mobile and it's absolutely terrible. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the store was very festive! I was able to get my phones swapped over and they saved me money, they even added my home phone. It was the best experience I have had in any cellphone store. This will be the only store I visit from now on, I highly recommend going to this store!

It's the best Verizon sales I have ever dealt with, each of their customer service personnel are remarkable. They never try to pressure you into a purchase and they are extremely knowledgeable about every product in the store. I personally will never go to a main Verizon store again.

My husband and I have had the best experience working with Courtney to update our phones!! This by far surpassed our experience at the other Verizon Store on the other end of town! Thanks Courtney, and to Jarred also for making sure I didn't lose the recording of my last happy birthday message from my Daddy before he passed away!! We highly recommend the 157 Verizon store!!

Normally, I absolutely HATE going through the process of changing to a new phone. I always dread it, and it is never a pleasurable experience for me. Today, however, was the first time I have ever actually enjoyed visiting a phone store. Our sales associate, Mr. Scott Ross, was an absolute hoot, and his attitude and humor most definitely took the edge off of what would have typically been a miserable process for me. Great salesmanship. A true assert to the Verizon company.

Great service, went to buy a new galaxy s8 today and was helped by a lady named Courtney, who was extremely nice and knowledgeable and super helpful. She had me in and out the door with a new phone and accessories in 30 minutes, didn't have to wait in any lines, fast and prompt service... excellent service, i highly recommend this store and will definitely do business with again

I had an issue with my visit but management followed up and made everything right. Professional reps and a great place to do business.

Scott was simpy incredible, his expertise, professionalism and kindness were elite.....I started out at the other location, they did not wish to assist me given my wife having passed away, they basically just pushed me aside and handed me a toll free number.....Scott actually sought me out when he heard my situation. He was the best.

I went in to the Cullman store on highway 157 looking to purchase a new cell phone. I have always been an IPhone user but thanks to very polite and knowledgeable sales lady she showed me the Samsung line of phones. She didn't try and sell me something I didn't need or want. She was very patient and understanding the entire time. She even offered to show me the different features of my new phone and told me to come back any time to get more help. This trip to this particular store was very successful and very enjoyable. In the past I have dreaded to go in person to buy a new phone. I would recommend a trip to the 157 Cullman Verizon Wireless store if you are in need of a phone and you want help with a smile and a no rush environment. I will visit again.
