Claude is amazing! He kept me laughing the whole time! He was very friendly and personable and helped us make the right decision that best fit us! I was a bit skeptical at first with places like this because I always feel like it’s a high pressure sales situation! But Claude took his time he was patient and ultimately curated a great experience for me!

Claude or his nickname Papa bear is a great and honest salesman. He has sold me many items over the last 6 years and continues to be honest about what you want to purchase. The process is always easy and enjoyable and I appreciate Claude for helping me pick out what is best for me. I recommend this location and make sure to ask for Papa bear!

Manny got it done !!! He was so helpful and provided a great and genuine customer service experience , from start to finish he was welcoming and walked around the show room with me w no complaints ! Manny was honest and personable and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman !
The store manager Aaron came and provided many options for me . He was super professional & worked w me and Manny to get me the best possible deal for the items I wanted ! He 100% made me feel like he was there for both myself & his team ! Which is definitely a few in any business !
Honorable mention to Andrew because he came in & helped me pick the best appliances for me as well even though he didn’t even have to ! I have an overall A+ experience and thought the prices are HIGH , I’d pay anytime for quality over quantity ! Thanks guys !

I went in expecting poor quality products and poor service and got the exact opposite. Friendly, helpful staff, great prices, flexible credit terms, I walked out after purchasing my dream TV. Was approved for $5k instantly, when no other company would. 1 year no interest on financing. Highly recommended.

I received a text message from them this afternoon stating that they were closing down this location. Come on in and save big due to this event. Then I researched and found that they are headed for bankruptcy. They will be closing more stores in the near future. I wish I had known about this at the end of May, when I purchased a $999.00 laptop. This same laptop is selling for $523.00 today, as they liquidate their inventory. Talk about your bad timing for a purchase.

Wow!!! The high quality customer service I experienced here today was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. I am grateful to Ronnie and the entire Conn’s team for pulling together and keeping shopping light and fun during such unknown times. I had a wonderful time here today. Very relaxed atmosphere, no pushy sales. I am pleased with the items I selected including the total purchase price. I will be a repeat customer for sure! Highly recommend this store above all others.

Manny helped me out, quick and easy process got me in set me loose and suggested mediums in places I was torn between. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the pricing and information of the furniture and we even had a laugh!

Conn's was unexpectedly a very good experience & inexpensive considering the big items we purchased. Staff was respectful, polite, & thorough with the final bill breakdown. It was after 7 p.m. when we arrived, & the staff were fast at finializing the bill. I appreciated that because we were tired!We could enjoy the items we purchased with no worries about delievery. Conn's handles that by setting up a call to get your items delivered at no extra cost, it is all itemized in the final bill! Now that is unique & quality service!💜
