Kudos to whomever decided to hire over 50s to work on the floor. Brenda in outdoor power tool (blowers, trimmers etc) helped me choose a blower and also helped me find a good weed preventative. Excellent service!! Then I needed some hardware a lovely knowledgeable woman helped me choose the bolts I was looking for along with the correct ratchet wrench. While helping me both women also helped other customers find what they needed! Excellent service I was very happy!

Organized store means good management.

We got a great deal on an outdoor rolling bar cooler. Unfortunately they had no more in stock and only had the floor model left. The associate that helped us a young guy was able to give us $25 off it even with the current sale it had. Amazing service we really lucked out here!

Store was clean, staff were friendly. Parking lot is tight to get through with a large truck or trailer.

The staff was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for.

Home Depot and Lowes is a grown man's candy store. I just really like going here. Staff is friendly and helpful when you can find them.

Very clean store and very nice workers

I bought a fan to help dry my basement. Fans are out of season. The sales associate from Millwork ( Bob?) went out of his department to locate the product and get a spotter and lift truck operator to obtain this for me. My idea of exceptional customer service.

Idk. What is there to say about home depot. It's a home depot like any other home depot. I think the employees are even copies lol jk jk. But seriously, idk. I haven't had a problem that I can recall here. I know my sister probably wishes they had more succulents but in their defense, was a pretty big selection of them so idk lol. I like that their website tells you exactly what isle to find something in like Walmart, that makes things easier to find.

They put my items in a locker but never emailed me. Never sent a text. Sales associate was very helpful but I really didn't want to go in the store. We will see what happens with today's order.

Hard to get help on the floor or when you do. The people are pretty much nice. Not too knowledge about it. Seems items are not too bad price wise but who doesn't love home Depot?

I was at home Depot today. I was asked what I needed by 3 people. Tina was off the clock and stopped to help me , a young man checked with me and Henry brought me over to the correct aisle. At the self checkout another man took my purchase to ring up. My experience was totally different from these other people. Customer service was terrific.

Went into the store today for some solar post cap lights and extra solar batteries. Asked a worker for help in finding the batteries and he took us right to them and helped us select the correct size. Great experience

This is my go to store even though help is a little hard to find

Bought my GE washer & dryer set from here and it was a pretty easy process. Sally had helped me out with my choice, and she was polite and explained everything (including the delivery/installation process) thoroughly. I have no complaints about the store or employees. The only complaint I would have is that the delivery company is 3rd party and there is possibly a communication issue. I was charged for a new vent that was never installed for the dryer and it was definitely supposed to be installed. That’s no fault of the store, so I don’t hold it against them.
But I was told by the 3rd party company the refund for the vent would reflect back onto my bank account and it never did. So I paid for a vent and install of the vent and I never received it. I had to go out and buy another vent so that I could use my dryer and install the vent myself... thankfully I can find humor at my own expense I guess because I laughed thinking about it afterwards that they so-called “installed” my dryer without the entire vent attached, and it could’ve been a pretty bad mess had I turned it on to use it without a vent and I think that’s probably a fire hazard too. Really I don’t think you can call it an install if you just place an appliance down on the floor without completing the setup required for it lol. It wasn’t an extremely expensive vent, but kind of irritating to throw money away regardless and I felt lied to by the 3rd party which was also annoying and they could’ve been more professional. Truthfully I wonder if the guy even knew how to install the vent, or if it was just laziness on their part, the world may never know lol. Just something to keep in mind when you’re charged up front for any extra accessory for your washer or dryer.

I always come here because it's a couple miles from home. Today was one of those "let me review them" days. I had trouble with a paint that I got meaning my wife didn't like it. I brought them back hoping for a Miracle and it came in the form of two employees Alexis and Kim at the paint dept.

They spent a good half hour mixing and retrying to match the color I needed... changing, adding different tints until we got one my wife liked.

These 2 are a phenomenal part of an all around great cast at this location

I'm always buying more than I actually need at home Depot, but during these covid times, do it yourself home tweaks/hacks are oddly satisfying for me. It helps that every home Depot across the states I've lived in is laid out in the same general manner and that the employees are most always very helpful and available.
