Wonderful store great selection and staff

The staff is super friendly and there is a fairly decent selection in store. I am pretty particular and they had no problem ordering what I needed. I love all the consignment saddles as well, and they always seem to have a great sale selection (I'm a serial bargain hunter) and consignment room.

This shop is great. The staff is really helpful. They do not push you to buy things and let us know what items were on sale or consignment. My daughter is a bit picky and they were very patient with her. I am so glad there is a tack place with everything she will need close to home!! The shop was spotless and very nicely designed.

The staff are amazing, and the wealth of knowledge has an un-measurable vibe to it, I never felt pressured to purchase anything, especially something I didn't actually need, I also never felt judged by the staff, this one time another customer was on her way in, and it felt like she had something she wanted to say to me, ya know the rude or trans-phobic kinds of things, as I was completing my purchase I had noticed the staff persons facial expression change, quickly as though to both greet a regular customer but also to say without words this is another solid customer that besides you will mind your manners and respect etc,

It was one of those things if I hadn't been paying attention, I'd probably miss completely

If they don't have it, they can order it, If they can't order it, then you don't need it.

Our all time favorite tack shop for new and consigned products. The staff here are always super attentive and know their products. If they need to check their Columbus location for something they will. We bought a saddle here and could not have been happier with the time they spent with us making sure it was the right fit for my daughter.
They have a lot of special events so make sure to get on their email list. The owner is super supportive of the horse community and sponsors many shows. She truly believes in giving back to those who have supported her business.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the constant text reminders of sales to be sure to not miss out on saving a buck. Definitely returning for more gear for years to come.

I love having this tack store so close by. The customer service is great and they are wonderful at getting requested products in. I also appreciate that they stock a wider variety of sizes in riding clothes. Their consignment section is also a great place to find deals!

Great selection and exemplary service. Work well with kids and have an extensive resale shop. They created separate accounts for mom and dad for same kiddos to keep track of who bought what and store a wish list too. Prices seemed about what we expect.

Great place to shop! On my recent visit during COVID19 Restart Ohio, the staff was wearing face coverings appropriately, hand sanitizer was available, the store was not over crowded, the inventory was stocked, and the staff kind and helpful. I felt safe shopping there. Thank you.l

Wonderful store! They are constantly improving their selection and have the nicest, most helpful staff. If they don't have what you need, they get it in right away! They are also extremely supportive of the local horse community. I am so glad they have a Cincinnati location now!

They have a wide variety of items from tack to show and casual clothes, horse clothes, all English, all wonderful quality. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their gift items are beautiful.

Love this place! Mainly geared toward English riding but has basically everything you need or can get in quickly. You can spend a lot of money there and not really care you did.

I went here for the first time and I loved it. They have nice tack as well as used tack, riding gear, casual clothing and hime items. Everything in one place !
