I had experience with the excellent customer service provided to my Dad’s stair glide in Colorado. When I kept striking out trying to get information about an electric bed issue in the Texas Panhandle I called Tom Black with Mobility and More to see what information he could share. He was superb. He was able to get past the brick walls I kept running into. He exemplified the phrase “above and beyond “. I wish we could clone him and bring him to Texas.

I called Mobility & More, and asked about options for a wheelchair or transport chair for my wife. We talked it over on the phone and I met with them 20 minutes later. Gayle showed all of the options available, talked about the advantages and drawbacks of each choice, and adjusted different chairs to fit and try. In the end, we got what I think was the best equipment for our situation and application. Gayle explained and demonstrated each feature, and encouraged trying out different chairs. In the end, we were able to make an informed choice that was the best fit for us. Mobility & More is the best!

Mobility and More installed my stair lift 13 years ago and it is still working great now. Adam replaced the charger today due to normal usage. He was very professional and efficient. He was also very kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Mobility and More to anyone that has a need for their services. They are a family owned and operated business which appeals to me. Thank you Adam for your outstanding customer service! I feel comfortable recommending a business that I believe is reputable.

Tab and his team worked so diligently for me. They were kind and.made sure my scooter was repaired expertly and expeditiously! This is a stellar organization and I recommend them highly.

Mobility and More in Loveland helped me so much. Tab was incredibly helpful in showing me the different models and letting me test drive a few options to see what suited me best. He was diligent about following up on all of the paperwork with my providers and Tom explained everything well on delivery. Thank you!

I was more than pleased with the service that Mobility & More provided. They verified the issue with my chair, arrived on time and sent a representative that was extremely knowledgeable with my particular chair. He repaired my chair and notified the manufacturer that I was the new owner and obtained the necessary information needed regarding the chair itself. He also shared information that was helpful as to the things I should do to keep it in good working order. I would never hesitate to use them again.

We have had Mobility & More replaced the batteries in our Bruno Chair lift. The service man explained so much during the service call. But..a couple years later we had a mishap with our wireless remote and it could not be replaced due to the age of our Chair lift system. Mobility & More helped me troubleshoot it and determined that it was not serviceable. They found me a replacement remote at no expense to me. They have amazing customer service that you don't see very often. Highly recommend!

Gail and all the staff are wonderful. They're always able to give me great information and advice no matter what I'm looking for. The ability to rent a mobility scooter for the weekend has allowed me to do activities that would otherwise be out of reach for me. My only complaint is the limited 9-5 Mon-Fri hours, but that's not enough to drop a star for these amazing people.

I needed a ramp & grab bars installed for an upcoming surgery, I tried for two weeks to have someone come and do it with no luck. I contacted Mobility & More and they delivered my ramp and installed my grab bars within 2 days, and I paid much less than my other estimates also. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone needing their products or services.

Our stair glide quit working. I called Mobility & More and worked with Gail and Chanel. Chanel walked me through a diagnostic to determine the problem. I described the unit. She knew the model without me telling her and exactly what I needed to do. I highly recommend the company due to their fantastic customer service. This is a company that deserves a 10 star rating, 5 stars is just not enough!

Before I made a trip to see my infant twin grandsons, I made several online inquiries in the Boulder area because I needed an elevating wheelchair. Not even one mobility place carried or was even willing to help me locate this specialty chair - except for Mobility & More. I dealt mainly with one of their employees, Gail, & she went above & beyond to locate the chair, & it wasn’t easy! But she persevered & finally located one that was perfect for me. Talk about customer service! Thank you Mobility & More for making my trip such a pleasant one. I will definitely be using you again!

My dad was treated with respect and compassion at 92 we got him a go chair for his birthday. The staff took the time to have him try different units to be sure he got the one that worked the best for him. I can't say enough about this family business and the personal touch they provide. You may get a cheaper price online but not the personal service which is given along with a fair price. Highly recommended. Great experiance!!

Mobility and More gave me and my brother great professional service. They were responsive, helpful, thorough, courteous, and made sure my brother was very satisfied with his new wheelchair. Tab Black personally made sure my brother received the best wheelchair for him.

Everyone that I spoke with was incredibly helpful. I needed two wheelchairs last minute for the weekend and Mobility and More was the best choice I could've made. I wasn't able to pickup the wheelchairs myself and my grandmother ended up with the task and they went above and beyond. I will 110% recommend Mobility and More even though most people won't ask or care.

Consider this a RAVE REVIEW!! My husband's power wheelchair gave out 2 days before we were planning to go on vacation. They saw us the very same day and miraculously managed to get it running again -- they made a temporary fix which was enough to get us through our vacation. Thank you guys so very much. You Rock!

I can’t say enough nice things about Mobility & More in Loveland. While traveling, away from home, my wife’s scooter froze up. Mobility & More helped me get warranty replacement parts ordered to my home for free. Gail and Tab were incredibly helpful, even though they got no fee for their help!

Mobility & More in Loveland, CO were great. Tab and Gail with answering questions and Hunter with installation of a Turning rotation lift seat. Were on vacation from GA and on way to Colorado. My husband who had had 2 strokes on second day couldn't climb into our truck, After checking reviews called Mobility & More and they order a turning seat and installed it in less than 2 weeks and we were on the way home the next day. Just one thing to remember is to unrecline seat before lowering it down. Or it want go all the way down. Thanks again Hunter.

I was treated very, very well. Completed the purchase of a high end mobility scooter, receiving helpful suggestions. No sales pressure. The business is family owned and operated. Excellent people skills exhibited by the staff.

I remember the old days. The days before Mobility and More installed a chair lift and bathroom rails. Those were simpler times. Old folks would have to stay on the ground floor, and could never go to the bathroom. "Ooh, I'm old, let's go visit the grandkids" grandpa would say. To which grandma inevitably replied "Ooh, I'm old too, but you know we can't visit them. Last time, you ended up at the bottom of the stairs having shattered both of your cocyxes, and i fell in the bathroom and broke my radial distal ulnar lumbar." But these days, the elderly can use the toilet without fear of grievous injury! Not only that, they can go to any floor they wish! The first floor? Yup! The second floor? No problem! These days old folks come from miles around to use our bathroom and ascend or descend at their leisure! Thanks to Mobility and More, we'll never run out of old folks again!

Went to Mobility and More today..I met pretty much the whole family...very warm and inviting people....helped me pick out the right scooter..the BuzzAroundEX. No sales pressure..just honest answers to my questions...I have been looking on line but didnt trust the products to be first rate...so happy I went to Mobility and More..it was a wonderful successful experience...
