This store has everything!! Anything you never knew existed is there.

I've gone several times since they've opened out here. I love the place personally. I do always go kinda late but there's hardly any other customers there, and I can't understand why. The employees have always been extremely nice and have even helped us load up my car afterwards. On my last trip there, my 26 year old daughter (who is a Type 1 Diabetic) went into an unexpected and very fast sugar drop. This has happened before in places like Walmart and the employees just walked around us as though nothing was happening and they definitely never offer any help. So imagine my surprise when it happened at Biglots, and a very caring young lady that was working not only stayed by us and talked my daughter through it, she took off running through the store to get her some orange juice because I never would've found it in time. Then another employee came over and he too was very understanding and helpful with getting us checked out afterwards. I'm forever grateful to them for their empathy and kindness. It meant the world to me and my daughter. ♥♥

Purchased a recliner and picked up later in the week. The 2 associates were wonderful. They brought it out to the car and helped me load it up. They were helpful and friendly.

The staff here help in every way they can, loading your purchases in vehicle and helping with best payment options. A+ experience

Nice clean store. Bought an item online. They emailed me and told me it was ready for pick up. I went inside to the register and showed the cashier and she found my item and gave it to me. Very easy experience. Friendly staff. Product was exactly as described.

Everything was just as it should be... Bought a mattress in a bag. We are in the process of taking it back during to it being too firm for us. So if you do decide to purchase a mattress in a bag from BIG LOTS;

Brand new location. The store seems to be clean and neat with well stocked shelves. Restrooms are of a nice design as well. Lots of furniture to choose from and plenty of other items as well for your household.

I found low prices that was mark down. I brought me some clothes and shoes I liked.

First time I have been since this place opened. Very nice big and clean. Friendly people working.....good place overall.
