Bath & Body Works

Jo-Ann, Michael and the other associates were so very helpful. I was a first time customer and they helped me immensely. Great service and loads of workers kept it moving on the big super two day sale.

We were in Marley Station and a few feet away from Bed, Bath and Beyond, when we noticed a young lady in distress on the floor. We stopped to see if they needed assistance and the daughter accompanied by her young child stated her Mom had just passed out. As I pulled out my phone to call 911, she stated they were already on the line. One of the Associates from Bed, Bath and Beyond (Heather A.) came over to inquire. When she noticed the person had passed out, without asking, she leaped into action. She brought over water and an ice pack to assist. Her act of kindness was immeasurable. It’s great to observe and to know that there are still some kindhearted and compassionate people in this world. Heather A. I know that family was appreciative of your kindness. Thank you! Never change who you are. (By the way, the young lady you helped is doing much better).

Was actually pretty busy. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. Love the hand soaps. Even better when they are on sale.

Some years ago my wife would go here alot ,so one day I went along. And boy was I surprised, now me and my wife go here alot.

This store, especially the online version is my absolute weakness. But I had to do another errand run with my daughter and figured I would go in...just to look.
The manager, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name, was this astounding nice person who helped with everything that I needed. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything nor nothing was upsold...just the quality of the manager's help made me want to buy in store instead of online.

This place always smells so good and they always have a lot to choose from including a ton of seasonal things. For me If I stay in the store for too long I start to get a headache but other than that it's a joy to go inside.

The employees are extremely helpful and courteous there. They make sure you get the best for you to ur money. They help you with you get coupons to save more. I really enjoyed shopping there. Love this place!

Amazing, I didn't get the woman's name but she was amazing. She came straight to me and helped me pick out some new smells. I haven't had customer service like that in a long time. She was an older woman with a glitter mask on! Absolutely amazing!!!

always come for the $3 soap deals as I have tried and found their soaps to be the absolute best. long lasting amazing smell and soft hands after. their candles all smell amazing and they have sales for $12 each sometimes. the staff is always super friendly yet not in your face either. love trying out all the different beauty items here. have been coming here for years and will continue to keep coming back.

Fantastic savings just in time for holidays. The employees are very nice and willing to assist. I'd probably suggest that they have coffee beans, some smells are overwhelming and just won't leave when attempting to smell other scents.

Kimber is my favorite employee in this store!! They are all awesome but she always goes above and beyond to help us. We visited this store on candle day and body product day, I was prepared for chaos and limited selection but, nope!!! Marley was well stocked and kimber was Able to help us find just what we were looking for. I'm so grateful because they opened a little early on both days, which allowed us early birds to shop before it got to crowded and overwhelming. I will definitely visit this location more often instead of ordering online and guessing at what the scents smell like. Thank you ladies for making these to be enjoyable experiences!!

You can always find this store in the mall.. Just open your nose and follow the smell of sweetness, mixed with berries, petals, & orchards. Lol😂
But, If you been in 1 Bath & Body Works.. You kinda been in them all. The same selections, & customer service is consistent... Helpful if needed attitude & buy/free specials.. ..
