Kroger Marketplace

This may be the best kroger in the area. Starbucks located inside as well. Only kroger I've seen with food and shopping. So many different options on every product and would highly recommend this spot. Lots of parking no waits and great service 5 stars.

This Kroger is always clean and fully stocked. Every employee I encounter is so friendly and helpful. There’s always plenty of check-out lanes (staffed and self) open, and my wait time is not long at all. I prefer this store over the Commerce location. I also want to name Todd from the meat department in this review. He stepped in to make sure I was buying the correct item (turns out I initially wasn’t,) so I am very appreciative of his awareness and speaking up. I have been shopping at this location for awhile now and will continue to do so!

I judge a company how they handle issues and situations I didn’t get my delivery at 4:00pm and had to feed my son, being hangry and all, I called and freaked out to customer service, (normally not my style) they handled all my needs and I was satisfied when I finished and even in a mad state, I gave the guy positive feedback on the survey at the end of the call, turned out the problem wasn’t Kroger, it was me, apparently I didn’t check the leave at the door without my presence button, oops, I learned they tried to contact me by phone, I was home but I don’t pick up 800 numbers, and did not hear a solid knock, my dog did bark but where they park I’m not able to see the truck from my window, do I feel 90% of the customers want contactless drop offs and the button should be flipped and press it if you want to be contacted? Absolutely. Kroger did everything right even when they were right all along, just to satisfy a customer, sorry guys

I never met a nicer bunch of employees! I am a personal shopper there. They are all very exceptional people! I tell everyone I know how great they are! They only let you give 5 stars here but personally I give them all a 10!

This is probably the biggest Kroger I've ever seen in Michigan. It's larger than some Meijer and the same size as a lot of Walmarts. They have clothes and tools and everything in between. Also equipped with a full deli, bakery, sushi bar, Starbucks and Comerica Bank. Most sections for food items are massive with a plethora of choices in brand, flavors and sizes.

Bob from the meat/seafood counter is so incredibly helpful. I asked his recommendations on seasoning salmon and he made me an oven bag that came pre seasoned with lemon and dill. He rocked it out. Super helpful super kinda and completely made my day.

Never ever had a bad experience at this Kroger. All the cashiers / greeters are always so kind :)

I wish I caught the employees name but she was working in the flower department this evening right around 5:30. I was shopping and selecting florals for small arrangements that I needed to make for my wedding, and she noticed me FaceTiming a friend for help and stepped in and helped me find exactly what I needed, all the way to going to the back to get me fresher roses and helped me bag up two bundles. I didn’t even ask or inquire for help but she stepped in and was super helpful!

The cashier Cody is the best. Friendly, patient and a good attitude.

Fresh produce was being put out as I arrived. Looked great and was still cold. The employee working that department was gracious and engaged in conversation. It's always heart warming to speak with young people who know their products. Other departments were well stocked ready for the before dinner rush. Many checkouts were open with only 1 person ahead of me. I was able to checkout quickly.

Bought some adult liquid refreshment. Kimberly in wine/ beer section is wonderful, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Prefer Kroger over Meijer any day. Store is always clean, things stocked along with their produce actually looking presentable and edible.

I love this Kroger! The renovation definitely looks nice. It's huge! I always find what I need easily, the shelves are well stocked. I never see any holes. Even when they're having a really good sale on a particular item, they are stocked up. Friendly staff as well.

Large selection and I can usually find everything I'm looking for

Great selection, clean and well maintained store, helpful staff. Love the digital coupons, always save at lease an additional 10% off my trip.
Click-list is super convenient, try it if you haven't already. First three trips are no extra fee for the service.

I don't do all of my grocery shopping here but there are many products and deals that you won't find anywhere else. Due to the convenient location I'm probably in here twice a week minimum. Always clean, well-organized and I like how the "Manager's Specials" (late-dated markdowns) are gathered together for easy browsing. The parking lot is a madhouse, watch your step!

I personally myself work here, and at first I was nervious that it would end up like the sitcoms. However everyone was nice and friendly. Not only that but I'm still stopped by my coworkers to ask if I'm finding everything alright as per protocol. The store Is clean and maintained to high standards of sanitation.

While I waited for my turn at the deli counter a man who was already being helped yelled at me. Apparently I was blocking a customer who came up behind me so that she couldn't reach the "take a number" slip. He frightened me actually as he persisted in yelling at me loudly been though I apologized as sincerely as I possibly could. The lady whom i'd blocked was so shocked, she asked me if I knew the man. She told me she was "OK" and that it hadn't been a problem for her. He continued to yell about me. I apologized again. The deli counter worker was so kind and courteous to me. He said he was "sorry" that the man had yelled like that. I finished my order and shopping but was actually shaking I was so afraid of this man. Thank goodness the Kroger employee was so kind

My favorite Kroger! In my opinion it’s well laid out and usually very well stocked and clean. The staff have always been nothing but extremely friendly and warm towards me and my daughter (especially Nate in produce!) and I’ve yet to have a bad experience here.

I was just there for the 1st time since they built this new store. I was so impressed. Very clean. He staff is so friendly and helpful. I am really without words, I was trying to pick out something for dinner and an employee in the frozen food section named Tim stopped what he was doing and asked if I needed assistance. I jokingly laughed, I said I am trying to find something to make for dinner. He actually stopped stocking showed me a Stouffer's Pot Roast dinner that you make in a skillet. He said it takes about 18 minutes. He told me he made it and how good it was. He is an excellent employee that goes above and beyond to help out your customers. Give him a promotion and raise. I am so impressed. Thank you Tim in frozen foods for a job well done. By the way dinner was excellent. I can't to write Stouffer's about Tim and Kroger's. Thank you.
