Tidy! Helpful and understanding sales staff! Went in for my elderly mother with dementia to buy some comfy pants. I brought a pair that fit her I was so frustrated at the messy store up the road. I was greeted upon entry and asked for help. It was great. My day totally changed with a little kindness and attention. Thank you. Will be back for myself when I have time!

We entered the store right as they opened, it was clean, neat and ready for business! The ladies I saw in store greeted us and were very helpful and the checkout line was long but they had several ladies come up and open more registers. I got some clearance wrack stuff and a beautiful new dress for my daughter! It was great service and a great experience!

Love the New Vibe of the White Lake store! I don't agree with the current policy regarding sales & discounts. Every customer that shops here should receive the advertised sales/discount regardless if they do/don't have a JCPenney credit card.

EDIT: MADISON was so kind to my mom and went out of her way to correct a mistake another store (Brighton) made on her credit card. The other store overcharged my mom but she didn't notice. Madison caught this and fixed it so my mom was charged the correct amount. 5 STARS!

I needed a dress for an upcoming wedding. The choices here were amazing and I found a dress for myself and for my daughter. Prices were so reasonable and good sales too.

Went there looking for a bow tie to wear cuz I'm going as Gomez for The Addams Family this year. The wife is going as the beautiful Morticia. Upon walking in I was greeted by a very friendly older woman named diane. Not only is she knowledgeable of what items they have in the store, she is a sweetheart. She helped me find what I was looking for and even went above and beyond by trying to help me find shoes. Which I did end up finding thanks to her :-) highly recommend this location if anything just to come in and say hi to Diane.

This is a clean store with the merchandise well organized and neatly stored. I did think the aisleways were a little too cluttered and if there had been many customers that could have created some roadblocks. The people working in the store were marginally helpful and the merchandise was the usual Penney's quality which is saying a good thing.

I needed a dress tie for my son's first job. They had a few but i didn't have enough $. The cashier showed me how to get a coupon. Thanks to her I was able to get the tie and my son started his new job!! What a wonderful person you have working there.

We ALWAYS get the best service here. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and I love their products. My husband needs the Big & Tall, and we always head over to JCP for the Foundry clothing line, which is well-made and durable.

Like a kid in a candy store. Being a big man, big and tall selections in most stores they don't have a selection like they do for the smaller people but in JCPenney's man it's like wow all these selections coats pants shoes socks just everything is just different for a big fella in there and me for one I enjoyed myself. Hooray for the Big fellas in this store I applied to JCPenney.

The staff are super friendly and at least 3 people asked me if I needed help finding anything. The store is clean and well stocked.

thank you jcpenney. lovely store even lovelier clothing! Bought two blouses of different hues, one for me... one for my daughter haha, Was attacked by feral dogs but recovered easily after being slammed to the floor with the strength of ten thousand suns. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends!

This store has exceptional quality goods. I laughingly say that it is dangerous for me to shop there because I love everything they sell! Great quality and you can't beat their prices. I think I spent my entire Christmas budget in the White Lake JCP !!!

Giving it five stars for several reasons. Firstly, it has been always a nice place to visit if you want to browse, compare or purchase. Secondly, the staff have been friendly and accomidating since I started shopping here years ago. Lastly, this location is still open at a time when many locations have closed. Online purchases has been great but it's even better at the brick and motar where people can actually see products in person.

Carol was fantastic working with me to purchase a mattress and a box spring. So knowledgeable and friendly. A great representative of JC Penny's!

This is a very nice JCP. Always stocked, items displayed well, clean, and pleasant staff. Only small negative, this is a smaller store compared to other locations, but I believe it was designed and built that way. A new layout of Penny's at the time. But, it remains one of my favorite locations.

Needed to purchase short sleeve shirts for my adult son. I was able to find just what he wanted. Between my daughter in law and myself we weren't having much luck. The prices were great too! In and out in a matter of minutes.

Love this store!! A bit of a long wait at the register because if a shortness of staff, it seemed. All in all it was no big deal. Once I got to the register the girl was very sweet and got my order through quickly with a smile.
