Wow, the staff at New Life Cardio in Garden City, Ga. really care about their customers! Leslie, Heather and Tay are each so good at managing, sales and satisfaction, and assembly and delivery. They make a great team and they work hard to insure a top notch product for the valued customers. Many times I have heard that "you get what you pay for but in this case, you get more!
I am extremely happy with my X32i treadmill and my Proform Tour de France bike.

I’m a group fitness instructor/personal trainer that was in the market for a handful of indoor cycles to teach small group classes in my home. I sent a message via Facebook and got a prompt response. Mike answered all the questions I had and had some suggestions for my budget. I’m a military spouse and needed my order delivered and assembled quickly so it could make it on our moving trucks. It was Grand Opening and I knew it was a hard ask, but he came through! I even requested a non-factory to the nines to improve the resistance, and he made it happen! His communication was above and beyond throughout the whole process. There is one happy trainer/instructor here!

Got a fantastic deal on what should have been a very expensive treadmill! Dustin was super helpful and communicative and let me come in and try out the treadmill, and then got me the nicest one. He was super quick to respond for any customer support issues, and was immediately ready to come out and replace a part when I thought there might be an issue.

Got a great deal and saved hundreds of dollars. They have a very knowledgeable staff that is willing to help and can answer your questions. I got a Nordictrack Treadmill and ProForm Elliptical for the same price others were wanting for just the treadmill. Check out their showroom before you buy anywhere else! Thanks for your help Dustin! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Went in to buy a Treadmill, ended up going back for a recumbent exercycle as well. Great people, no upselling or preasure. Gave me all the relevant information I needed to make a good informed choice. Both pieces of equipment have some minor scratchs/ defects as the should. They work as described and have had no issues with them. Will shop here again as we expand our home gym. Definently recommend to anyone looking for exercise equipment.

We just had our elliptical delivered and we are very happy with the whole transaction. Leslie has been a great sales/customer service person. We had an issue with delivery and after one call to Leslie our item was delivered no problems within the hour. We are very please.

Price was great and the staff answered all my questions, were super friendly, responsive, and even checked in to make sure we were still loving our new bike. You cant beat the deals!

Sales department is good, service is non-existent. Here is my original review..."Such a great experience! I ordered a NordicTrack S22i and had it shipped all the way to Cape Cod from their location in Georgia. The bike looks like new and the savings was awesome. Thank you to Leslie for the amazing service."

Now I have an issue with the bike and it is still under the New Life Cardio warranty and they will not respond to me. I have called, left messages, messaged on the Facebook group, emailed service and the manager all with no response. I eventually had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which they never responded to. They have an "F" rating with the BBB. The prices are good and they are responsive when you are purchasing, but understand if you file a warranty claim it will be ignored. This is the first negative review I have ever left and I just wish that they took care of the issue. If something changes I will be happy to update this review, but it doesn't look good.

Tengas 15 días tratando! Que me arregle la máquina y me atienda! Y no contestan, las compre hace dos meses y no las he podido usar! Llame a iFIT me dicen no me puede ayudar, porque resulta que está compañía! No es agente autorizado de ellos, para vender estas máquinas! Al momento de comprarlas me llamaba dos y tres veces al día. Después que me las vendieron y no sirven! Ya no me quieren atender! Ayer me atendió Arturo y me dijo que me llamarían y aún nada que me llaman! Esta compañía es una de las peores, no compren nada con ellos
