I Came Into UPS To Fax A Whole Bunch Of Papers Off & Brandy Made My Day. First & Foremost, Every Employee That Was There Were Very Welcoming & Overall Amazing.
Brandy Is Awesome, Attentive & Knowledgeable. She Made The Process So Smooth. She Even Gave Me A Courtesy Call To Let Me Know That The Fax Went Through & Also Sent Me A Picture Of The Confirmation Since I Was Too Far & Wouldn’t Be Able To Double Back For It. Overall My Experience Was A 10/10 & I Would Definitely Be Doing Business With Them Again.

I went to return some packages and was greeted by young lady. She was so sweet so kind and patient. I always have a good experience there but she did an exceptional job! Christian thank you for being so kind today! I hope she is recognized for her awesome customer skills!!

I walked into this location with hopes of being able to track down a package that was attempted for delivery that I missed. Although I knew it was a stretch for them to find my package for me to pick up the same day, Mary made that happen. She could have simply tracked my package and informed me that they will attempt to redeliver on Monday, but she made calls, tracked the driver down and I was able to wet up with him to get my package! She went over and beyond for me to receive my package ! She did it all with a smile on her face while still helping other customers! I am beyond grateful for her! Thank you Mary !!

They were just awesome! Sorry, i didn't get the ladies nsme. But it wss 11:10 am on 12/29/23. Gereat cusyomer service...it included smiles and very efficient service. They also helped customers so nicely that needed technical help! A job well done ladies.

The ladies saved the day! I had a mix up with shipping labels and they quickly returned my calls, found my boxes, and helped correct the issue! We ship often and love our UPS store!!!

Employees and owners were great in providing excellent service. I recommend this store, they treat you like family.

The customer service was amazing! The guy there made sending my packages for my business an absolute breeze not to mention his humor which made the visit even more enjoyable. I think his name was Louise or Louis but he gave me shipping tips to send items more efficiently which will definitely be a boon to my business, so anyone that’ll help you save a buck while being pleasant to be around must be a knowledgeable and good person. 5/5 service and I will definitely come back to chat with Louis and exclusively do business here!

Update: I rarely update a review but feel this one should be. My concerns were addressed by the owner. The staff member who was originally rude to the point of obnoxious has done a complete 180; She is now continuously pleasant and helpful. I'm impressed withe owners as well, their dedication to customer satisfaction is something lost to many small businesses.

Original review: Ongoing customer. Not impressed with a few of their staff members. Rude is the easiest way to put it. They don't seem to want to do anything, much less their job. Store policies and procedures seem to be a loose concept as well to these select few; They seem to be wandering lost in certain activities. Though 2 of the employees I encounter are friendly, upbeat and outgoing, this store has a serious moral issue with the difference. I wish there was another store nearby, I'd dump this one in a heartbeat.

Went in today from out of town, had some extra clothes I couldn't fit into my luggage and typically I dread walking into any UPS because of the prices but Louis had shown me that I was just using oversized boxes for something that I could fit in a smaller box!! Even with the pack and ship method it was STILL cheaper than shipping this giant box I had gotten from Lowe's the day before. If you ever have any shipping questions, Louis is going to be my go to guy! I even took a card to call the store before I ship anything else again!! 5 out of 5 I would love if my local UPS had workers like him!

Trevor did a fantastic job will come back for his service! Probably the first time I am able to leave any sort of positive reviews for a shopping or shipping location. Seriously if you need to do anything feel free to stop in he and his co worker do a fantastic job helping!

I have visited this location many times and never had an issue. Today Mary has truly gone above and beyond what my family and I expected. The way that she attempted download after download and probably a dozen or more edits to my Uncle's obituary really helped to ease some of the stress that comes along with planning a funeral service. We are forever grateful for her EXCELLENT display of Customer Service!!

I dropped off boxes at the UPS store yesterday. There was a mixup on what items were in which box. As a result - one of the items was not accounted for.
Mary - reached out to me on FB messenger (we do not know each other and only has this 1 brief interaction) by searching my name.
This is what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. Mary went above and beyond and made a difference.
I hope the management at this location understands how important Mary’s customer service is and provides her with the proper recognition

After driving all the way from Rincon to Pooler to use a FedEx shipping center only to find out they don’t offer packing services, I went to the UPS Store in Port Wentworth and they gladly offered this service. Made shipping a Dell tower to my corporate office SO much easier! Thank you to the staff for their kind and quick service this morning!

I come to this location quite often and have not been disappointed. Most of the time Louis helps me with my transactions and I couldn’t be happier. He has great customer service skills and knows what he is talking about. Will be returning soon!
