If they don't have it on the shelf or in back, they always seem to have whatever parts you need within 12-16 hours of when you order them.

Also, from my experience, I'm convinced O'Reilly's keeps almost all the moving parts you'd need to build a 92 Honda from scratch in stock at every store.
