Update: WOW! Went in there today on a Sunday and both employees working were so helpful, professional, and nice! Big upgrade from previous staff!

I try to stop into work on Sundays to get a drink before work because Dunkin is closed on those days and they are NEVER open. Today it happened AGAIN, I pulled up about 10 till 6am (it opens at five per google and store sign) and this time there was someone in there and she completely ignored me and continued doing what she was doing at the counter and did not bother to let me in or acknowledge me at all. I don’t need 5 star service but try bothering to make sure you’re opening on time? Or just change your hours to a time you can actually have an employee there. I never leave reviews but this is getting ridiculous.

United Dairy Farmers is a Cincinnati mainstay. They're all over the city. They're fairly standardized, both from a layout standpoint, an inventory standpoint, and a fuel standpoint.

Come for an automotive fuel up, get yourself a soda and a milkshake or malt or even ice cream while you're there. You won't regret it.

They were open at 5:30 am, not a lot of places are open at this time! Thank you for being there when not many others by Children's hospital are before 6am!!

Always friendly and fast service

Great place!!

Stopped to get some lots of water , it was clean, staff was friendly. The gentleman who checked me out , was kind and offered to help carry my items out.

The female staff kept telling inappropriate stories for a workplace to everyone that checked out

Overall the place was clean and organized

Nice cashiers but I resent being bombarded with obnoxious advertisements when I get gas.

Actually just left there. I have to say it was very upsetting and disappointing. The young girl at the register was friendly and nice but there was a boy that ended up making us a sundae and a malt. I got a 2 dip sundae with pb and marshmallow and even said I wanted a good amount but never tasted or saw one drop of pb, had a whole in my cup,and was only given one scoop. My husbands was okay but didn't have the malt flavor and was short on ice cream too. Also I had to ask the boy to change his gloves bc he wiped his face and coughed into the gloves several times. Just overall super disappointed and won't go back to this location.

UDF as a store has a good product.Very low-class help. Watching a guy from an outside company try to get his paperwork signed the manager just making him wait, giving dirty looks. How big of a deal would it have been to sign for the guy and let him go.

Not the worst UDF but it's close. The environment is dirty, and the cold brew coffee does not have proper hookup. The cold brew coffee tastes funny. The customer service is not great.
