Verizon in Floral Park is the best. We've been Verizon customers for many years and this store is the one we patronize. The service, professionalism, and knowledge is top notch. This was our first experience with Perry and he just continued the long line of great service. I highly recommend you that you get your next phone, tablet, accessories from this store.

Memorial Day weekend I woke up with a dead phone… would not turn on. Ran to Verizon and was set up with a new phone/case/charger and everything transferred within an hour. Easiest experience I ever had getting a new phone!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Elizabeth from Syosset, who was substituting in the Floral Park location today, and I must say, her service was exceptional. I came in with a very old Samsung phone, packed with completely irreplaceable data ranging from work documents to personal mementos and even music I've created over the years—data that I simply couldn't afford to lose. Unfortunately, the button of my phone had fallen out, rendering it practically unusable.

Elizabeth, however, went above and beyond to help me. She ingeniously MacGyvered a paperclip to push the button of my non-existent phone, allowing me to access its functionalities. Not stopping there, she meticulously scraped out hazardous materials from the charge port so I could charge the phone—an act that truly exemplified her dedication to customer satisfaction.

Throughout the entire process, Elizabeth was not only professional but also incredibly empathetic. She recognized the stress I was under and consistently encouraged me to take breaks, ensuring that I remained calm and composed as we resolved the issue. By the end of our interaction, I left the store with a brand new phone, complete with all my irreplaceable data intact.

What impressed me the most was not only the quality of service I received but also the genuine care and attention to detail that Elizabeth demonstrated. As someone who had come directly from a nearby T-Mobile store, I not only saved on my subscription but also received the same exact phone, coupled with unparalleled customer service.

In light of this exceptional experience, I have no doubt that I will be returning to this exact location and personally purchasing multiple phone lines from Elizabeth. Her professionalism, resourcefulness, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction have truly set a benchmark in my eyes. Thank you very much, Elizabeth, for your outstanding service.

Stacey was AMAZING! I went in 9/22 to order my iPhone 15 Pro Max and she helped me get the rest of my family to upgrade as well. She was diligent in helping us find the best plans for our needs without overselling. During the week we stayed in contact about the phones and when she realized my phone wouldn’t get here in time for me to go on vacation, she was quick to give me options on other colors. I think I love my blue phone even more than the white I originally picked!

She let me know when all the phones were in and it took her literally hours to set up 4 phones but she has the patience of a saint! Even when the store got busy and she had to help other customers (some rude ones too) she apologized to me for the wait and made me feel like she was still dedicated to my sister and I having a great experience. She was extremely professional even when I know some of these other customers were so demanding.

This was my first time at her location and honestly just because of her service I will continue to go back for any of my Verizon Wireless / Fios needs! I will also recommend her to anyone in need of a phone or other Verizon services. She gets 10 stars!! She deserves a raise!!!!
