In many years of visiting Home Depot i have hardly encountered only a handful of great, down to earth, caring & Helping people and MR. DAVID in the lumber dept is one of them ..... I wish Hone Depot could make him an Ethics & Care Ambassador for all of Home Depot.....

On5/26/ 24 I went in to get some help with CO2 detector. I have a lot of health issues. I explained that to the return desk because I had something to return as well. I meant a beautiful young lady by the name of Ariana very compassionate..
In no time she whip out her phone and track down where the item is located in the store.
She did not leave me hanging by myself. She took me to where the item is and explain to me the different type of CO2..

Well this person happened to be the store manager. Wow !!
what a blessing this was that I met somebody Highup ready to assist me.
Her personality captured me.
She started to explain to me which will work best. And of course I had 1 million questions she answer all my questions and put me at ease. Ms. Wesley Was so attentive and willing to render any assistance I need.
Very few stores you go to to get this kind of service. So I want to take a few minutes and salute her for a remarkable job.

I went in looking for a new lightbulb for my lamp and had no idea what to look for as it was very small and had specific requirements. The guy that worked in that department just pointed me to LED bulbs and walked away. Then I came across Roberto who was more than happy to help despite it not being his department. He took the time to show me my options and help me get the best value. Thanks for going out of your way Roberto!

Best home depot location in Long island and NYC that I have been to. The entire staff was helpful. No matter who I talked to, they found me exactly what I needed. The paint and hardware areas were especially helpful in finding me alternatives to stuff like primer and razors because I had a large order.

Commack, Westbury, Manhattan, and many other locations I have been to, fail with customer service in comparison. Either I get rudeness, the staff member has no idea what I am looking for, or they recommend the wrong items...this place had zero of it. Also one of the few places that has people outside working the shopping carts...I never see anyone do anything outside.

Very impressed.

Today I had the best experience at home Depot Elmont because of a young associate named Mark in the home appliance section. He asked me if I needed assistance and then took his time to answer all my questions. I asked for his name in the event he would get commission for a large purchase. I learned he gets no commission. He was being helpful because it is in his character to do so. Home Depot you have a gem.

Doodnauth was so helpful and considerate during a stressful construction time for me! He assisted me with signing up for a pro account and I couldn’t be more grateful. I will be back to this location!

Went to this store because they had the cabinet hinges I needed. Everyone there was very pleasant and friendly and thanked me for my business.

GREAT-George from flooring, and Danny from flooring also ,gave me great assistance and helpful service above and beyond. Home Depot is extremely busy these days during Covid pandemic new normal..Good stock in the warehouse.

The store employees are very kind, helpful and patient. I have shop at this location countless times and always had pleasant interactions with everyone including recently with Hector that went out of his way to help me out so much I wish I could give him a raise. I was there last night looking for refrigerators. I liked a couple. Home Depot has what you're need when it comes to home products. I once rebuilt a house and I got all my materials from this Home Depot. I'd love anither house in the area to remodel. If you're selling let me know.

I was able to get my spray nine and return my unused boxes at this great store. The cashiers were thoughtful and returned my cash without questions even though my purchase was made weeks before. One of my favorite stores

Like that they have a lot more self check out now. Less wait time due to only 1 or 2 persons working. They have staff to help if needed. Love it

My favorite do it yourself place has everything

The guy in the tile section was so helpful he help me twice and the 3rd time he saw me he asked if I found everything and if I needed help with anything else. I wish I knew his name so I can tell his boss to give him a raise. I will look for him again! Best customer service experience... ever!

Great customer service! I went there to purchase a Ring doorbell that was on sale. The store was pretty crowded midday when we got there. There was one female associate who was facilitating the line of customers, and she was fantastic! I wish I got her name, but she was friendly and efficient and moved the line along quickly. They were down to one doorbell, but she went into the back area and found another one for us and then helped get us checked out as quickly as possible (since we had to wait a bit while she went to get the product from the back room.) It was really a great customer service experience and she went out of her way to help us from the moment we stepped into the store. Thanks!
