On 5 20 24 ordered a lamp but never received updates about them via online but on 6 23 24 Sunday early the employee name M J call me to let me know that the lamp was seating in the store for a while that was ready for pick up and gor my luck M J was the person at order pick up which she was the person calling next on line and CDI had the pleasure to meet her . She was super professional and cleared the order really fast . Thanks MJ for your help

The store has armed security and I feel safe here ..for a very busy store it's very clean and staff friendly. I am a pro member and always treated like family here .the store manager Bernard is very people friendly and law enforcement friendly too..the have an awesome 3 team loss prevention that really does a great job.

I’ve been to this store on three occasions for paint and a gentlemen names Gerald helped me out 2/3 times , he had such a helpful and friendly demeanor. Shout outs to him for absolutely providing great customer service 💙

Went to Home Depot a few days ago to buy some things for a project I’ve been working on (turtle habitat). I went into store not knowing where to start. I came across such wonderful employees who helped get everything I needed. I wish I had taken all their names down, but you know who you are and you will hopefully remember our conversation about my project. I want to thank all of you so much for your help, especially the cashier who held my things while I went into ShopRite to get some groceries; the gentleman in lumber who cut the wood for me to perfect size and picked out the right screws I would need; the young guy who helped get the artificial grass, and the older gentleman who helped me pick out the glue I needed. Thank you so much, my project is coming out beautiful. I am not yet done, I will be needing some paint and a few other things. I hope I can run into you guys again. Your assistance and knowledge was very valuable. I have attached a pic of what it looks like right now, I will be needing a few more things to finish it up. THANK YOU so much, I hope your work will get acknowledged by your supervisor.

I like that they have the self-service key station but all keys cannot be made from the machine. But overall this is a good location and good service.

I am leaving a 5 star review specifically for one employee at this location Marquerita Boyce . Hands down best customer service experience I have received and patience this 2023 . There was an issue with a return I had of 8 ft light bulbs. Where it gave issues to return and I was told to take it back with me and come back the next day to settle refund . As the computers seemed to be giving issues . She worked with me and stayed at the computer until we figured it out. I just would like to thank her again for her amazing customer service .Everyone else seemed to get frustrated and said they couldn’t do anything else. But not her , she made sure that she assisted me and you cannot just find that amazing customer service anywhere. But there with here, thank you again .

Associate Paul in the paint department was great! He provided superior customer service and was efficient in his tasks. I walked in with little information and he took his time to explain things to me, give product recommendations and ultimately helped me to make the best decision for my purchase.
The young man who rang me up was friendly and had a pleasant demeanor while doing so.

Need more workers who know facts about what we're buying because not everyone is a plumber or a contractor. Some of us can't afford to hire professionals and so we try to do it ourselves. It would be great to find someone with knowledge working at the home Depot. Otherwise great place to find what you need in every department.

It is usually hard to find someone to help in the big chain home improvement stores but this time we found a very helpful and friendly associate to help us pic out a fireplace. Well it's more like he found us because he saw we were struggling make a decision and offered his assistance. I often times have to scan the aisles looking for anyone that would give eye contact and help me out. We ended up buying the fireplace for our living room.

Return policy is the one of the best I ve experienced

Needed to come and grab a few electrical items, and the rep was extremely helpful. Showed me where things are and was patient with listening to what I wanted to do, and the best part was offering a better/easier/cheaper option than what I was originally thinking.

People worked there were extremely nice had everything I needed place was clean plenty of parking definitely will go back again

Home Depot what can one say that they don't know already this was always clean and nice people always helpful and if they don't know they direct you to somewhere who does as usual long lines I don't use the selfie pay thingy I just don't trust it so no matter how many items I have I wait for a pleasure register again as everyone knows depends what time of day or evening you get there I would recommend this place

Everything you need, great customer service.

I've had fine experiences with this store. Customer service has never really been an issue. There may have been some inconveniences with orders (e.g. wait times; but I try to be understanding b/c it may not be the employees' fault and to get angry with them isn't fair- if you don't understand this you've clearly never worked in customer service, but I digress) but nothing I would aggressively complain about (y'all need to start accepting apple pay tho!). But really I'm leaving this review solely to reflect the experience I've had with one employee in particular. Home Depot, your associate Bruno is nothing but fantastic. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, Bruno goes above and beyond to help customers. You can really tell that he cares and wants to help, and will exert all his effort to provide phenomenal customer service. He is honestly one of the best associates who has helped me at this store- y'all got a good one! Bruno, they better be treating you right!
