Majority of the time, the gamestop employees are cool to talk with and get recommendations from. They literally will try to help you out. You guys are awesome!

Not like other gamestops where they don't know anything about the games and are snobs.

Let me just say, this is the Gamestop i go out of my way for, why? Because the guys that work there go out of their way for the customers! Kennady and Aaron, know their stuff inside and out. Polite and kind, respectful and honest. These guys helped my brother and I in a tough situation and even stayed after helping to make sure we were all good. Thanks Gamestop Fresh Meadows 🥳

Excellent swift experience! The staff helped me save a lot of money. This was only GameStop that had the game I wanted in stock within 250 miles. I bought it and renewed my PowerUp membership and got some deep discounts. What would have been an $80+ purchase went all the way down to $45! All done within 3 minutes!

This place is great but they never answer the phone. EVER, it would save me a lot of time if they’d answer the phone to inquire about things instead of having me drive or walk all the way to the store only to be told no we don’t carry what you’re looking for. i’ve shopped here countless times and the service is great and fast. just wish y’all would answer the phone lmao.

So I can definitely see where the reviews say the customer service LACKS in some of their employees. I’m sure they’re specifically talking about 2 Hispanic females. There’s a Caucasian male there who was on the register today helping any customers with whatever they needed… you have these 2 females just on the side by the window having a long chat. I’m rating a full 5 for the male that helped me with my pickup order :) !

Maybe it was just because I took a quick visit there to only get a gift card that I had such a good experience. Opposed to the employees that are always playing around and don't seem to take their job seriously, the guy I talked to was friendly and helpful, making small talk with me about something pretty crazy he'd experienced at the store that kinda related to what I was buying. The store also finally had in stock something I was looking desperately for. Great visit, if I had the chance to come back I gladly would take it.

Love the help, friendliness and knowledgeable information the staff gives to address the interests of our 3 children of different ages. They provide suggestions and never push to make a sale. They are clean, organized and are complying with the "new normal" for everyone's safety. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience shopping here all due to this wonderful worker there named George Ambery. He was so polite, patient, professional and courteous that I’m compelled to write this review. Thank you George for helping make my son happy shopping there for the PS 4 and the games. It’s people like you that make businesses like GameStop wonderful. This is a clean and organized location with a large and varied selection of used Wii games. The staff is friendly and provides fast service. Of all the GameStop locations I've visited so far in Queens, this is the best one hands down. It even features a large, open parking lot in back!

I like this place a lot it's been a long time since I've been in the gaming shop just takes me right back to being a child. The employee is super helpful knowledgeable and kind

Very helpful. Extremely respectful young men in the counter & they take the time to answer your questions when you need help. Got the plug & games I needed. I give them credit working in the hoildays with the long line & keeping things in order.

This Gamestop outside the mall is really good. I searched every gamestop for a game and some gamecards and I couldn't find them available until I came here.

The place is great, it's much bigger than the other gamestops around. You have more availability of products in this place. The stuff I looked everywhere for like the gamecards for online game was all here. The people working here are pretty cool, they are just normal guys who loves playing video games. Ask them about some of the games you plan to buy and they'll be honest with you if it's any good. They are very helpful and easy to talk to.

If all other stores don't have that game or card you are looking for head over to this place. They close a bit earlier than other gamestops so try to make this place your second option if the first gamestop you went to doesn't have what you're looking for.

This place is easy to find after you get off te subway station. Check it out and you'll like this place better. Happy Gaming!

Dude who helped my son upgrade to the OLED switch on saturday evening was very helpful and straight up.

There were no issues. I came in, asked if they had what i wanted, bought it, and left. They didn’t even ask if i wanted to join an annoying club.

i love this location. Always got a staff that is will to chat about game and show you a few things. You would love it here and come visit buy a few games and you'll come back for sure.

One of the greatest places for video games hi used to come here every now and then I bought my PS4 from here during the Black Friday it was very very good deal

The staff here are very informal and helpful with selecting games etc.. not the greatest wait time but for the attentiveness u will receive from staff, it's worth the wait..
