UPDATE: I’m updating my review to reflect the current situation. I have been told that manager is no longer at this store. To verify, I’ve gone in a few times, looking for her. I haven’t seen her. I’m still not impressed that this particular person was promoted in the first place. There used to be some really amazing people that worked at this store. I believe her being in charge chased them away, but I don’t know. However, as of right now they are better than they were a month ago. I am cautiously adding stars to my review. The fact that goodwill allowed this woman the power she had makes me not want to give it a lot of stars. However, she may have duped them into thinking she was someone valuable, and maybe they regretted that decision. So I’ll add more stars here and there, depending on how things go from now on.

Do NOT shop here. Salvation Army cares about its customers, Goodwill doesn’t even care if they have any. Upon going to Goodwill, my son, who has a serious medical condition, requiring him stay mask free or it could kill him (he has a doctor’s note), was told to put on a mask. He told them he has a medical condition that requires he not wear a mask, and, not wanting to get that employee in trouble, asked to speak to management. The new manager came out, “guns a blazing.” She said, “Wear a mask or get out!” My son told her he can’t. She said, “then we don’t want you here. Wear a mask or leave.” Dear management, learn that you don’t have a job if you don’t care about your customers. Your selfish “one size fits all” approach is going to cost lives.

The employees are very friendly and very helpful. It's clean and cool in there. Prices are good . Not sure how they do it but it smells fresh unlike some second hand stores

This is the best Goodwill hands down. We make a 7 hour trip with our kids every year just to come to this Goodwill’s Memorial Day sale.
You can find top name brand items for a fraction of the price. Everything is color coded, sorted by size and categories.
You couldn’t ask for a better team, a cleaner store or a better shopping experience.

This is the most organized Goodwill Store I have ever been in. Very roomy shopping, clean as a whistle, and the staff was very kind and happy! Heard staff members singing quietly as they shelved. Wonderful clean clothing too!

This Goodwill prides itself on providing the best quality of gently used items it can. Our staff is helpful, courteous, and neighborly; we consider customers family and it shows. I used to be one of the consumer family. Now I enjoy the privilege of serving our Soo family.

Was able to stock new travel trailer with many needed item's for under $50. Flatware, dishes, bowls, Silverware, steak knives,coffee mugs and a number of other necessities. Staff was helpful. Will be back soon.

The guys who helped me today at the Sault Ste Marie MI goodwill were so helpful getting the boxes out of my car. Huge Kuddos to both of them.

Fantastic prices for some nice vintage items. Has consistently been better than likewise flea markets and thrift stores in both prices and stock.

Found tailored pants for 5$ and battery charger for my big homes work equipment

Always a smiling face, not to sure about the rewards changing.... To me it seems more of a hassle 🤷.
