Appreciate the hours of this store and convenient location. Store is clean and bright. I fill all rx here. I suspect low ratings are from unreasonable customers, I’ve never had a bad experience. Also, please support a local Philly company folks, CVS & Walgreens need the competition!

I've been shopping with Riteaid for years. Could never be a better place to get your prescription and anything else needed which they carry than Middletown Delaware. The most pleasant and helpful always needed. Thank you to all the staff at Middletown for being such wonderful people.

The RiteAid online survey for review & ratings is extremely long. Tooooo many questions!

Consider shortening that survey to have less questions. Or, put the top 10 most import questions in the first part of the survey and give people a button to “Submit and Continue”, (the option to continue answering more survey questions).

From a customer service standpoint, you turn people off with so so many questions in a survey. That will make people not do it or put the survey off till later, then forget cause it’s not a priority to them.

Wanted to say a special thank you to one of the Middletown, DE store associates, Monica. I was there looking for two specific items that were out of stock. She double-checked her stock and when we discovered there were no more available, Monica took her time and was kind enough to two other stores in search of the item.

On the second try, she was able to find the two items I needed and I was able to go to the other store and pick them up.

Thank you Monica! You absolutely made my day and delivered Excellent customer service!

Just transferred my prescriptions to here. Was an excellent experience. No games or surprise prices. Everyone was extremely friendly and honored the Goodrx price no problem. Made my day!

I spoke with a young lady in the pharmacy dept. Reason was Covid testing. She took the time to direct me to Walgreens. Rite Aide's online registration is unreal!
