Military friendly! Service was quick and simple, yet very thorough. Prices were competitive with other options. Mr.Colin helped us when we went up there. He knows his stuff and is a really friendly guy.

Tommy is a helpful and knowledgeable in the work he does if anyone knows what their doing it is him, the manger Juan was great as well answered all my questions and did not leave a single detail out! Definitely recommend these two!!!

Colin and the manager Juan were very helpful in getting me in a new phone and got me a sweet deal on Apple Watch’s!

No wait period. Juan (manager) was very helpful in expeditiously recommending and processing purchase of a new phone and line for our 12 year old son. In and out in record time and very satisfied with purchase.

These 5 stars go to Milton at the Belton store. He helped my husband and I upgrade our phones, quickly and easily without any kind of hard sales placed upon us. He also helped us get hooked up to the fiber optic internet that was just recently laid in our neighborhood. Within 24 hours, we were all set! Milton is extremely knowledgeable about the AT&T product, listens to your needs, is quick, efficient, patient. Above all, he is an all-around, great example of outstanding customer service!

I am completely satisfied with the experience I had at Belton AT&T. Tommy was the only sales representative at the time we arrived, he noticed us when we walked in, acknowledged us, saying he would be with us asap and he was! He was very knowledgeable about the phones we were wanting and the accessories we asked about. It was a wonderful visit and we will be going there for our wireless needs and will most definitely tell our friends and family go see Tommy and his coworkers for their phones and accessories!

My family and I recently all had the chance to upgrade our phones and get trade in money from all of our old samsung devices. We visited this store in our local town and I was helped by Milton. He did an excellent job explaining everything and ordering all of our devices, as well as helping us get the most for our devices and money! Thank you so much to the manager of this store as well as she was very helpful when he needed her assistance. Everyone in this store was nice and very helpful. Not long waits anytime I went in!

The manager, Jennifer and the staff at the Belton store were awesome. Our business has been with AT&T for over 25 years and this is the first time that a manager has taken so much time in helping us with our account. There were several issues with our account and she was cordial, patient , knowledgeable and very cheerful. Our issues were resolved.
We were ready to switch to a different provider but I feel that knowing that she is at this store we can get the service that we need.

Would highly recommend going to this AT&T store for any of your needs. The staff was so nice and even when they got busy they did their best to make sure no one got skipped in line and got to the customers fast as possible. I was looking to upgrade my phone and had called around, even gone to other AT&T stores in the area to see who had the best stock. Ended up coming back to this store which had the best customer service in the area just for my upgrade. Even though the wait was long the staff made sure we enjoyed our experience. This AT&T is the BEST! The whole staff is amazing! The managers there are very knowledgeable and helped me with all my issues I had. Don’t go to any other store! If you do, you won’t have the amazing service experience that this crew give!

My dad and I went here to get new phones, and the visit was great. The guy who helped us (I can't remember his name but I do know he has dark black hair and a scar on the left side of his face) was extremely knowledgeable and answered any question we had without any kind of annoyance. The phones we got were easy to activate and work extremely well!

Angelia was so helpful. There were a couple of issues but she took care of them. All the staff were friendly. Later that evening I had a billing issue/question. I called customer service and they were hopeless. So unhelpful. It’s as if they go out of their way to be difficult. I called the team at Belton and they explained to me why I had 2 separate bills and one should drop off.
Again, making things easy and so personable.
No way will I ever call customer service again. I’ll either head into the Belton store or give them a call.

I left Verizon after 15 years. Bad connection, bad customer service and no 5G here. Meet Ashley and Jeni at the AT&T store. They got me set up with new service and updated phones. I also got the Hotspot for my home. It had mechanical issues and the ladies where very helpful guiding me through the 3 day process of getting the hot spot replaced and reactivated. They delt very professional with my negative comments and aggravation till everything was right. Thank you ladies for your professionalism and patience.

I want to recognize Caleb the store manager for his excellent customer service. I had 2 cell phone issues that I ask him about. He responded by correcting them to my satisfaction. His knowledge and customer service skill set is outstanding.
Employee's like Caleb confirms to me that AT&T is the best cell phone service to use.
Caleb received a 5 star rating due to his knowledge but most important was his PREMIUM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Satin and Jeni are AMAZING 🤩 They were both effective listeners and had great senses of humor. They were able to multitask helping us upgrade phones and transfer accounts and yet they greeted every customer with a smile and we're able to get them in and out efficiently. High five to the Belton AT&T store.
