Zizi and everyone else that works here is so helpful and amazing! I love coming to this store to shop anytime i'm in Houston. I recommend all my friends to come shop here anytime they are in the area too. My assistant was Zizi, she was very helpful, professional, and she had a great eye and helped me pick out nice clothes.

the associate & the phone customer service person at the Westheimer store went over & beyond helping me with a return that was past the date!!!!!!! Kodos to employees that think outside the box & really genuinely want to help keep customers thank you souc

I have visited EVERY Chico's location in Houston, Sugar Land and Katy. The employees have always been helpful and respectful. This is why most of my clothing comes from this company.

I even sought out the stores in Jackson, MS while on my vacation. Can't imagine anyone having a negative comment about the store or it's employees.

Pretty nice Chico's store. The staff were very helpful, they really went out of their way to find something for us. They were a little light on the smaller sizes at this store, but were quick to locate the needed sizes at other nearby stores. The store was very clean and had ample dressing rooms.

Clothing designed for a certain age group, and Pricey!
