AT&T Store

I had a emergency and I went to my art store Kent island md mind you it was closing in less then 30 min and Jordon was the gentleman working not only did he greet me happily knowing the store was closing saying he was willing to help me with my huge mess when I left I was using my phone like I need it to he was able to fix everything and was so smart positive and didn’t act weird because of closing . It meant a lot specially because I just sat on the bay bridge for 2 hours with no phone . He deserves a raise or to become the manager . Not to many employees around with the whole package . Smart friendly and so much more for helping me when the store was closing !!!!!! Ask for Jordon anytime you come to this att store

I needed a new iPhone fast. I went to this Ocean City AT&T store and was VERY impressed!! The sales associate knew exactly what I needed. He helped me with the new phone. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend Curtis and this store

Stopped at this location to add a phone to my plan .. was greeted my Jada Taylor who did an amazing job ! She was such a nice kind employee who got everything set up very fast for me ! While also informing me of all deals on any other accessories that I needed .. this was definitely the best experience I have ever had at the Chester location . I will be coming back and absolutely be using Jada again for any future things I need with my plan.. keep up the amazing job ! Thank you for everything!!

I have had many bad experiences with this particular store(Chester,Md)!! Decided I would give it give one last chance. Thank goodness I did, I was blown away by the amazing customer service that I received. Jada is probably one of best sales representatives that I ever come across in any business. More individuals should be like her and take tips on how to talk and treat customers. Thank you

Jada is amazingly efficient and knowledgeable! After breaking my phone, I was hesitant about visiting this location. In the past, it’s never been a breeze. Jada has turned that reputation around!! Not only did she take care of my immediate need for a new phone, it was executed perfectly, and she was also able to review my account. Highly recommended!!

Came in on very short notice, all other stores including Walmart and Target had no phones worth buying in stock. They were incredibly helpful and the lady working with me got me out of there very fast and satisfied. Will definitely be coming back when the time comes to get a new one.

My first experience at AT&T Chester MD with Issac was outstanding!
He was knowledgeable, polite, answered all questions and explained everything in full. I did not feel rushed.
I am a new customer so first impressions mean so much.
Had he not had the knowledge or personality he did I would not be a customer.
Employees could learn a lot from someone like him.
He is an asset to your store!

Britney is amazing! We had an issue that has taken weeks to try and resolve. Britney helped us for 2 hours to get my Mother In Laws phone functional!

Britney was thorough, diligent, patient and has excellent interpersonal skills. She also is a good salesperson. I bought new car phone holder and phone cover with magnet for my new 14 pro.

Madison Peters at the AT&T store in Chester was amazing. Great customer service!! As for the customer service at the 800 number, whole other story. Not willing to help a customer. Madison even went to bat for me on the phone with them and they did not budge. Great job Madison. The customer service people at the 800 number need to learn from you.

I had an issue with my son's voicemail and Apple directed us to the AT&T to fix. When I arrived at the store there were 3 other customers ahead of me and only one associate at the store. Maddie was incredible. At one point she was assisting 3 clients simultaneously....and there were two others awaiting assistance. We all had serious problems so it was not as simple as an account opening. She was calm, courteous, and an excellent multitasker. She is definitely an asset to your company as not too many people could have maintained their composure amidst upset customers. You should really have the location staffed with more than one associate. Unfair and unrealistic that Maddie should have to face all of those customers herself.

Jada was professional, fantastic, and thoroughly understood my needs! She is a great asset to AT&T Store. I would highly recommend her to family and friends!

I have been in this store several times and each time was a fail, the associates didn’t seem interested in helping and their answer for almost everything was to login to the app 🙄 however, I was able to see Elder Ordonezat and what am amazing experience! We had to get a new phone and he was able to save us money on our bill since we were paying for services that we didn’t need. He thoroughly explained everything to us and took his time.

Very much help was done. Britney Ordered me a new phone should be in today. I have had problems every since I received this phone by insurance. Changing phones to see if I get better service. Shall see.

Britney was amazing. She helped me find the right phone purchase it and transfer my data. She was very patient with me as I figured out what I was doing. Plus ATT have a trade in value for my old phone.

Stefan was really great and made getting a new phone so easy! He knew a lot about the phone, helped me transfer everything and showed me how to use it (went from iPhone 7 to iPhone 12 mini - so there were big differences). The store was super clean and took all COVID precautions, including face masks, plastic screens and wiping down surfaces. Usually hate going into the store to get anything done, but Stefan, the manager and other employee were all super nice and friendly and personable.

Madi was so awesome. We went in to upgrade my phone to a 13 pro max, and were afraid it would take forever. She was so nice and helpful and got us out of there in a hurry. She’s the 🐐

Britney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had and helped transfer my information from an iPhone 7 to a 12. Much better service than other stores I’ve been too. Thanks
