J was a one man show when I came in and he was "WORKING IT" ! Literally the fastest service I've ever gotten from any location.

Came in 10 minutes before closing with a rather large item. J was able to get me set up and out the door for a fair price and in a timely manner. Will be my new go to moving forward. Excellent service.

This UPS location is the most efficient in the area. They go out of their way to get the customers in and out as quickly as possible. I will only use this one from now on. The other ones in the area are miserable and couldn’t care less about their customers. I also appreciate that this location is open later on Saturdays and is open on Sundays. The customer experience here is fantastic!

Jamie went above and beyond to help get the package to its correct location. His customer service skills were top notch and he was extremely helpful when choosing the method of shipment. I don’t write reviews often, but Jamie stood out and made a tedious process an easy and fun one.

Fast, friendly service with attention to detail and personal service. Jay is a pro; knowledgeable, courteous & efficient. There’s no reason to go to any other UPS store.

This is the best UPS store around, and much better than local alternatives. I go out of my way for the customer service here. It's also very well run in general - they try to make sure everyone is happy and in and out of the store as fast as possible. Highly recommend.

They have the best customer service of any location I have been to. I was aided by Deedee and she is simply the best!!! Would even go out of my way to give them my business.

My favorite UPS store for all needs: from printing to shipping to Amazon returns. Everyone that works here is extremely kind, knowledgable, and timely. So thankful it is right down the street!

This is by far the BEST UPS (and even shipping store in general) I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here (& I come a lot) the customer service is outstanding and they truly care about their customers. They’re super helpful and willing to take the time to help and find best options while also being respectful of wait times. It’s so refreshing to go here and have this experience, especially nowadays.
