AT&T Store

Logan helped me, and he was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I have to admit it was more than I expected due to his age. But he was very helpful and very respectful. Considering that I am a very wishy washy old lady he was also very patient.
He helped me make the best choice for myself and gave me other options. And. once I made my decision, I was out of there within 30 min.. I would definitely suggest this particular store to anyone who needed help with AT&T wireless.

This was an amazing visit. My toddler was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and now has a million medical devices we needed to coordinate with a phone and data plan. And my phone was on it's last legs. And I needed to upgrade my office cell. And my spouse is stationed out of state in the military. Basically, I walked in with about a hundred too many issues. Logan M. helped us right away - there was no wait - with my numerous random things and he was very patient while we verified each device would work with the medical monitors, sensors, pumps, etc. my toddler now needs. It was a wonderful visit and I will recommend the Greenway location and Logan to anyone who has complex device problems. His patience was above and beyond. 5/5 stars, A++ work!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Cameron, and I must say, his level of patience and dedication to customer service is truly commendable. Cameron went above and beyond, answering every question with a thorough explanation, providing all the necessary details, and being consistently super helpful throughout the entire process. It's so hard to find anyone like that anymore. Thank you Cameron for making the process so easy and being so helpful! Definitely will be returning soon!

I highly recommend this location!! I was there today after a poor experience at another location. Ali helped me with a new phone and upgrade to my service. He was so personable and professional, and made everything very easy for me. In addition to helping me set up my new phone, he showed me some tips and pointers for using it since I haven't upgraded my phone for many years, lol. I got everything I needed taken care of, and had a lot fun in the process. Thank you Ali!

When I think of OUTSTANDING AND FLAWLESS customer service, I think of Oscar who helped me out! Upon arrival, he greeted me and was ready to answer every question I had! By the firm hand shake, sharp eye contact, and confidence in his tone of voice, I just KNEW my concerns were going to be resolved! I have to say: This man knows AT&T like the back of his hand! Google the name Oscar and you’ll see it means: Professional, Knowledgeable, and Highly skilled! I NEED this review to get to corporate because I’m telling you right now, this man needs his OWN store, a promotion, and pay grade raise ASAP!! FORGET T-Mobile, Verizon, Metro PCS, Boost Mobile and all their FILTH, I’m telling ALL MY family, friends, and co workers to drop their carriers and go DIRECTLY to AT&T to see Oscar! He’s got your hook up!!!

Had an amazing experience! Excellent in-store environment and everyone made sure I left with my problems solved, equipment and trade ins taken care of, and make sure I have everything protected. Thank you Surprise for the excellent service! Will definitely be back and refer whoever I know is looking for a new phone or new carrier!

Thank you, I'm sorry if I spelled his name wrong....but Ollie and Cameron. These two were absolutely amazing helping my boyfriend and I get started on a new line. They were BOTH very professional, thorough throughout the whole process, and their customer service was through the roof (in a good way!!). If you are looking to change your carrier, or get a new phone period, we both highly recommend these two!!! 👏👏

Cameron provided what was probably the best service I've had in a phone store. He listened to what I was looking for and resolved the reason for my visit quickly. He made sure I understood how exactly the promo worked and made sure to get my new phone all set up. Would definitely come back to this store and recommend Cameron.
