The UPS Store

As a small online business owner I almost exclusively use UPS and in particular I use the one at Glenwood and State Street because of how absolutely stellar the service is. I've never, not even once had a bad experience; not as a business owner or just a customer. Neither have any of my clients experienced any issues with them. The staff at that location is and always has been so so very far above bar. They are kind and courteous, they are professional while still being friendly and most importantly they are extremely knowledgeable and always make sure that you have accomplished everything I needed to and the pricing honestly astonishes me sometimes, given how much more it's cost me using other shipping options.

This is always a very busy store, and I have always had great service, I am patient to wait understanding that human beings can only do so much. There’s no appointments here so you have to go with the flow.;)

I arrived late today with an Amazon return that I didn’t package correctly. They were kind enough to take the package and prep it for shipping without charging me. At the end of a long day, they provided excellent customer service!

I have been using this UPS store since I moved to the area in 2014. Sent out five holiday packages at 8 am this morning. As always, the staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. In and out in less than 15 minutes. 😁😁♥

I've never had a single issue here, Sarah, Matt, Justin and Grace are always accommodating, friendly and helpful. I've been going there every week or so for 3 years. They get all my business!

Matt was a great help today helping me laminate a few items. Even though the machine did not work correctly he was determined to help me and 15 minutes later he finished. With customer service like this I will never go anywhere else for me printing and mailing needs!

Came here to get some paperwork notarized and photocopies. Sarah was very nice and made quick work of it! I was in and out in just a few minutes. Price was very reasonable, too!
