CVS Pharmacy

Peter and the Pharmacist were very kind, and empathetic in explaining the warnings and interactions for me to relay to my wife with explaining PAXLOVID prescription interactions with cholesterol lowering medications and took time to fill my prescription while I waited. Also, I overheard her kindly explain to another person that the medication he needed had to be ordered by a physician.Even though it was very busy , she spent the appropriate time filling prescriptions with each person , and remained calm in directing the rest of the staff.

Ive had no issues with this pharmacy. Nice and convenient. New pharmacy hours starting 3/19/2023

Always greet you with a smile and eager to please. My primary purpose is for the pharmacy but because of the cleanliness of the store and friendly staff, I find myself shopping for other goods.

Professional, listens to customers & meets the customers needs.

THE WORST PHARMACY EVER! Today I received new medication never taken it ever and it clearly says “Counsel” I was told to have a good day. Another time I got a call and was told me medicine would be ready in 15 minutes. I go to pick it up thirty minutes later and I’m told it on back order. I asked why did I get a call that it would be ready. Her response was “well who did you talk to” I asked if there is another female working today she said no then I told her I talk to you. You called me and you called me up here and my pain medicine is on back order! She stood there looking confused and like she couldn't careless. Hate that pharmacy! THE WORST!

Would love to give zero stars. The pharmacy is a joke. Honestly didn’t even see the 1 star overall rating for this location until I decided to write this review.

I now live on this side of town and it’s more convenient to pickup any scripts from this location vs driving all the way to Dunwoody.

Went through the drive-thru last Friday to drop off a prescription and the tech clearly didn’t know anything and kept asking a manager somewhere in the background. I was finally told that the prescription would be ordered, but yet the tech gave me back my script. I was confused. Normally the pharmacy keeps it in order to place the drug order. She ensured me to keep it and come back next week (this week) as it will be in.

So happy I called versus driving up there. To no surprise, the drug is in the system, but not ordered. The manager said they need the script. Yes, the same script I tried to get them to keep last week.

I guess I have to go back to my original CVS pharmacy and drop it off. Such a shame and beyond ridiculous and unprofessional.

Wish I could give zero stars. Slow, unresponsive, and rude staff. Switched to Optum home delivery and red apple pharmacy on Holcomb and so much happier.

I HATE self-check out!! Lately there has been a lack of CSRs near the front register to check out. It feels like I am being forced to use self-check out. On 10/20/22 the CSR was sitting right by self-check out stocking but didn't get up when there was a line of people. She forced everyone to use self-check out. The bagging area is not big enough when I have a large amount of purchases or just larger items, system has trouble scanning physical coupons and lastly I don't appreciate my private purchases being shouted out to everyone in a 10-15 foot radius!

The worst pharmacy service in the area.
Not friendly, rude, no solutions.
Work like robots with NO people issue to understand.
This pharmacy staff not care about patients. And this is not first time.
Wan’t to make regular COVID test for my kid.
They say need appointment and there is NO line, I sad is urgent, but they not care. Just speak like robocall, appointment on web site only appointment on site only. I sad this is urgent, they NOT care. Seems the management of this filial is a money maker without soul.
And this is not first time then the staff off this Pharmacy are not patients ON go.

Very long lines at the drive thru. Always a pain to pickup my Rx.

Trash.. staff doesn’t care about their customers or people needing covid testing… don’t come here for covid testing
