My son broke his phone. When the replacement came the touch screen was frozen from the moment we turned it on. We actually took it to the store which I didn't know was around and they were very nice and very quick to do anything they could to help us. Very friendly and they know what they're doing. Then when I called the insurance company they automatically without knowing we went there sent another replacement to the same store so it's very easy to get to. Again friendly and very well knowing hope that was much needed. I will definitely be returning to the store and making it my home store. All it takes is a little bit of know how and a nice smile and I feel comfortable. They also had a huge selection of phone cases compared to the other places I go to I can't beat the selection everybody loves a choice I would recommend this store to anyone who asked.

Went in after work on a Fri and Tiffany was very helpful getting me a new phone and transferring from my old phone to my new.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the T-Mobile store on Massillon Rd, and I am writing this review to express my utmost gratitude to Chuck for his outstanding assistance. Chuck went above and beyond to help my mother update her iPad, and his kindness throughout the process was truly remarkable.

From the moment we entered the store, Chuck greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel comfortable. He patiently listened to my mother's concerns and inquiries, assuring her that he would help resolve any issues she was experiencing with her iPad.

Chuck's extensive knowledge about Apple devices and technology shone through as he expertly guided my mother through the update process. He explained each step clearly, ensuring that she understood everything and answering any questions she had without hesitation. His patience and dedication were evident as he took his time to address every concern my mother had, making her feel valued and respected as a customer.

I wish I could give a thousand stars. I’ve been going around in circles all day trying to get numbers ported over from Verizon and they finally told me I had to go to a store to get the issues fixed. The first store I went to told me I had to go to a corporate store but couldn’t tell me where the closest one was. This information is harder than you’d think to find, so I called the next closest store which was this one. Chuck and Jared offered to see what they could do to help if I stopped in before I had to drive all the way to Belden, and I’m so glad I did. They both were so kind and helpful and understanding of my frustration AND fixed the mess causing the port over problem I’ve been trying to have fixed over the phone all day. 100000/10 would recommend and I’ll be back for new phones! Thanks guys!

Tiffany is so great with helping me set up my new phone she was so sweet and made everything pain free. I thought it was going to take me hours to learn she did a great job and was so patient

The staff all works well with one another. Had someone order my new phones and they made it painless. When my phones came in the transfer was pretty smooth they took care of it all even gave me what I needed to ship my old phone. Very nice

Went into the store to change my autopay to a debit card and walked out with 2 new apple watches! Excellent service and great deals on the watches. Couldn’t recommend them more!!
