Hash browns were good. Pumpkin spice latte okay, but the service was a little slow.

I ordered online 50 of the assorted donut holes for pick up at 7:45am. They were ALL sooo stale!!! I tried to call and tell them but the phone just rang non-stop. I have bought donuts at 4pm and they were nowhere near as stale as these.

I get it... New location, new employees. I will gladly wait in line for a few minutes but what I do not tolerate ANYWHERE, is if I'm standing there for 5 minutes and employees can't be bothered to turn around and say "I'll be right with you". That's customers service and that did not happen. Maybe less making stupid jokes and acting like children you might get some work done.

The food had been hit and miss. But what is the worst part has been the staff! Rude! Then it makes you not trust the food!

Order half an hour before you show up. Perhaps they need more staff...

If the Dunkin website made it easy to file a complaint I wouldn't even be leaving a terrible review but this is the most terrible matcha I've ever had in my life it tastes like I'm drinking rotten tuna. $6 for something that's going right in the trash.

We keep trying to give this Dunkin’ Donuts a chance but the service is really not great. The kids/ employees are always goofing off, it takes a solid 10 minutes if not longer to get our food (with no line- there was 1 other car ahead of us) and that’s after several people come to the window and ask us what we’re waiting on. Today we had paid for 2 donuts and they tried to only give us one bc they didn’t have any more of that specific kind. Didn’t even offer to let us pick another kind- we had to ask. The food, once we got it, was pretty good. But this place needs to hire people that actually know how to provide good customer service. This place will go under considering there’s another DD right in Brockport.

Went there a few times, coffee is trash ( not like just cause it’s dunkin) the ppl don’t know how to make coffee. Food is always stale or made wrong, drive through takes mad long. Get rid of it and get a Starbucks. Upgrade in coffee and the workers usually a lot better.

So I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Hamlin hauling a trailer I get up to the window, receive nothing but attitude and said they don’t care if I come back or not. I’m sure the business owner would like to know this and the poor experience of how they are treating customers.

Ordered 2 hot chocolate’s and 2 orders of hash browns. The hash browns were crispy but the hot chocolate tasted like water with a hint of chocolate. It took forever to get our food and drinks. We’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt the last 2 times they messed our drinks up, now we will just take our business to Brockport.

Would not take my order because I had a flat bed trailer in drive thru which had no issues fitting

I HAVE BEEN HERE 5 TIMES THIS PLACE REALLY NEEDS BETTER EMPLOYEES OR IT ISN'T GOING TO MAKE IT.

Food was awful n so was the coffee, had my SO bring me something home from a different dunkin!
