let me just tell you, i would trust this ups store with my most expensive packages, specifically if jordan bartman is working. the other day i had to come in with my amazon return, and she took care of it in an exquisite manner. she gave it a massage, pampered it, then put it in a box with some luxury packing peanuts. she then reassured me that the package would make it safely, and that she would personally walk it to its destination so no harm would be done (it needed to be delivered to New York City). jordan is now attending my family’s thanksgiving due to all of the help she provides to me and my family with delivering our packages. if you ever need your package delivered, PLEASE go to this UPS store, you will not regret it!

And to Maria, who left a past review complaining about a member of staff wearing an upside down cross, I hope your children grow up to worship satan and sacrifice you to our unholy lord.

I don’t understand why there are so many 1 star reviews (harsh much?) I just moved to Lemont and have gone to this location a few times to make Amazon returns. Not only were they quick, they were friendly and patient. I also returned our AT&T fiber modem there and they packaged it for me for free and provided a receipt in case AT&T tries to charge me and say it was never dropped off for return.
Please remember the whole world is understaffed ever since Covid, so some of the below issues could have been to new staff/turnover or just one off instances.
Anyways, I will use this location as my dedicated shipping and return point for all packages. 5/5.

Nothing but friendly, prompt service any time I've been here. Not sure what's up with the 1 star reviews, especially from the lady who's too worried about what someone else is wearing to focus on the service itself. Mind your business maybe?

I went there today,, needed to return some boxes and sent one too. Process was smooth, staff professional and I got taken care with no issues . Definitely will be coming back there again.

They act like they are doing you a favor to ship packages. Went to ship a box back with prepaid postage and noticed the bottom seam was loose. I asked her if she could put one piece to firm it up so it wouldnt fall out and she said she would need to charge me $1 "for tape". Seriously...for 6" of tape...so that you don't have a mess on your hands when it falls apart. It's not like I showed up with an open box unsealed. Skip this store, go to a different town UPS store
