Elijah was great. I was able to fix my account and save me money something multiple stores were unable to do. Will definitely be making my new home store since moving to Cypress!

Today was our second interaction with Keion and it was amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable about both Samsung and Iphones and was very honest with us throughout the whole process. She was also very patient and explained to us what we would see on our upcoming bills. I strongly recommend this location for your phone service needs.

April and Keion are amazing associates who gave us exceptional service. They kept us informed and interactive the entire two hours we were in store. Going as far as removing services from our bill that we didn't use or even qualify for! As well as fixing a phone that an employee from a different T-mobile store broke and refused to fix it. These associates work together and use every tool available to help their customers. Thank y'all so much!

Store manager worked very hard to correct a mistake done by another location. Went out of his way talking to T-Mobile customer care to get my billing correct.

Keion was such a pleasure to work with and she really went above and beyond to ensure that my phone was successfully setup and that I didn’t lose any photos which was so important to me. Great experience!

I went to the store to upgrade my daughter, cell phone and 2 girls worked they are very helpful. They have excellent customer service and the goal was all offer and they help me to get the best deal for three upgrade. iPhone with very good deal so I recommend everybody deal with that store

Loved the service that this store had to offer me! The Manager Rikki showed great concern for what I came in looking for. Her customer service was top tier & she made the process of me changing my current line over to T-Mobile so easy & fast. The store was clean & well organized and as soon as I stepped in the door I began to receive help from Rikki.

They’ve change managers since I visited about 3 weeks ago. The manager here was super cool. The staff was friendly and it seemed like they were having a lot of fun. All the customers that came in while I was there seemed like they were family. I came in to switch my service from AT&T to T-Mobile which went very well. In the meantime, I purchased a case, a charger and that little thing that pops out on the back of your phone 🤷🏾‍♀

This is the best T-Mobile store in TX. Really. The manager there, Rikki, is so kind & knowledgeable. She knew exactly what to do for my upgrades. She worked her magic and got me two brand new phones. One discounted and one for free!!! The store is super clean and all the display phones were being cleaned when I walked in. I’ll definitely be back for all my T-Mobile needs.

Extremely Helpful, would always recommend this store. Rikki is the best store manager i have had an interaction with. they always get me right. Rikki always assists with transactions, highly, highly, highly recommend. The reps here are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and work together as a team. while the wait may take a little, the service they give is always better than some other stores that i have personally went to. so take it from me. GO TO THIS STORE FOR ALL OF YOUR T-MOBILE SERVICES, THEY’LL GET YOU RIGHT.

The customer service is amazing. When I came into the store I was immediately addressed for my dilemma and my questions were answered quickly. The manager and employees were thorough and diligent as they were assisting me. Overall the store’s service is amazing!! I love it.

I’m not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from because despite having the most difficult experience trying to get my phone switched due to icloud backup issues, i had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a phone store yesterday. I was in and out of there for hours trying to get this mess worked out and the employees (one in particular, i believe he said his name was Roger?) were beyond helpful, accommodating and super friendly. He made sure i didn’t leave the store without my new phone in hand and even called this morning to make sure everything restored correctly. 10/10 customer service.

Great service. They are true experts. They know what they are doing and very good at it. I have been coming here for a while and I always have my problems resolved within few minutes of coming in.

I haven’t ever had a experience at a phone carrier store where it was so seamless. To be fair I was only one in store. However, the sales reps were patient and very knowledgeable with the plans and products I was interested in. They even followed up with extra advice. I am happy to know I can go to this store and expect quality treatment.

Went in and had the pleasure to work with Ziani! The staff in general was nice but she was so great and my customer experience was exceptional! She was very knowledgeable and patient. She made sure she did everything she could to help make my phone purchases easy for me. I randomly walked in while out but I am willing to got back to this location even though they are 30mins away from me! Great staff!

Great experience! Staff here was very friendly and catered to my cellphone needs. Was hooked up with a Sync Up Drive kit for my car that was affordable and provides added security and maintenance services I needed for my car alongside the discounts I received from my insurance company just for having it. Highly recommended loacation! Thanks!
