This is a good company to do business with. Most of the people here are very friendly and the prices and better than the bigger gas companies. Not a bad place to work very consistent schedule. The manager can be pretty arrogant if the flames are fanned. They WILL take your sick and vacation pay if they catch wind of you quitting.

I called last week..the guy took my info, asked was it my main source of heat, which it is..also what was the remaining percentage in the tank , which was 18...this week I decided to call to see where we stood because the tank is completely empty now and the girl, which I will not call out her name, was short with me and after looking up my address, I was informed no ticket was ever made on my gas order...she said it could be 1 of 5 men that I had spoken to..she continued to express to me that's why it's important to get a name...Really?? The way I look at it is, do your job and nothing will get overlooked....Now for 2 days we are completely out of gas and my 80 year old mother is having to stay with my sister...

I used Holstein gas for a number of years after Dearybury sold out. I changed and have been calling and writing to have their 2 large tanks picked up for 8 months. The lady keeps telling me I am on their list. I don’t know what else to do- 2 large tanks in my yard. Please come get the tanks!!! Some gas in them!

People that operate under the liberties provided by the US Constitution should honor the document.

I don’t even give them 1 star. I asked them to pick up home tank as have moved. It has 60% gas in it & they say can’t reimburse us for it. My husband had stroke yrs. ago & body temp.has changed. Every time had a problem had to call someone else, they don’t offer repair. Ordered gas several times & other’s answering phone didn’t put in order. Had to call back & remind them. Only way we ended up with them is Prince Gas at Inman sold out. Never a problem with Gene& Mike.I might be sorry no backup plan in new all electric home as gas logs or wall mount heat, but we’ll survive. Then had the nerve to send bill for tank rental 2 weeks after I asked to pick up tank. We always paid as soon as got their bill; didn’t wait until needed gas again as some do. That’s what ticks me off!

Had a 30lb tank filled yesterday. I thought it felt light. As I have had it filled many times before. When I got home it weighed 41.5 lbs.
Almost 15 lbs light. Thats about 4 gallons. They wont ever have the chance to do it again! Be aware!
