CVS

I stopped by this location this morning to pick up a medication. I was having trouble transferring a different medication from another pharmacy to this CVS, and the woman working the drive thru took it upon herself to call the other pharmacy for me and get it sorted out- all within an hour of me stopping by. She was so kind and patient, despite being busy, and I wish I would've gotten her name! Best CVS experience ever.

Lynelle (the lady working the registers up front) was extremely helpful. I bought a few things and needed $20 back. I asked her if I could get the $20 in ones and she said “yes! The $20 was for a birthday present. I was ecstatic that she had the $20 in ones. I told her “thank you” over and over. She was so polite and courteous. I will definitely keep going back to this location. Customer service is clearly very important to her! Thank you again Lynelle!!

Tawanna made a simple in and out trip such a good interaction and restored my faith in customer service. I was looking for a coupon loaded on my card through the app but it was taking a minute so I told her not to worry about it, not only did she tell me no and to take my time but she helped me look for all my rewards and deals in the app and showed me how to add them to my card, and I ended up getting what I came for completely free. That's how customer service should be done! If you see this, run Tawanna her coins please cause she needs a raise :)

Had a great experience at this CVS! Had to move my RX’S from Walgreens due to not having insurance at the moment (new job). From the first time I talked to Jonathan to get my prescriptions transferred from the time I picked up my prescriptions everything was amazing! I wish I could remember the girls name that checked me out but she was so very helpful she found me the cheapest prices and it didn’t seem to bother her at all. At Walgreens it was like pulling teeth to get something done. I am now a forever customer of CVS in Moore, even when I do get insurance!!! They have a great team!!!

The pharmacy staff is so friendly and always a joy at the through!
Marc is another reason we enjoy going there, the other day I was picking up my wife's meds and without mentioning me, he said, "you have 1 med ready if you would like it today"
I told him that's why we come here, it's' because of your personal care like no other!

CVS pharmacy is the main reason we go here. They are normally very busy but staff is very nice and helpful with her exception of one young employee. She has consistently been short and unwilling to help my past 4 visits. You can't judge a business by this because it's everywhere. But i will try my best not to get in line at her register in the future. I chose not to complain because he'll is very hard to find. As long as I get the Rxs we need that's really all that matters.. even though it would make life better if she had a different attitude 🤷‍♂

The pharmacy staff was quick at prescribing my daughters ear drops prescribed by the awesome staff in the minute clinic. Matthew the nurse practitioner in the minute clinic did an awesome job caring for my daughter and after leaving the minute clinic we only waited 10-15 minutes for our prescription at the pharmacy. This is the best CVS I have ever been to!!!

Great store and kind employees. The front store employees and store manager Fred are always helpful whenever I need help finding something, The pharmacy is very busy but also fast, I never have any issues getting my prescriptions. Minesh gave me my flu shot and I didn't even feel it. thanks CVS!

Friendly front store staff and pharmacy staff. I took my child to the minute clinic and had awesome service from the nurse practitioner Matthew and his nurse Cindy. The pharmacy was quick in filling the prescription sent by the minute clinic and the front store cashier Ryan was very helpful in directing me to an item I was looking for. I will definitely be back to this location when I need to see a doctor or need a prescription for me and my family!

front store and pharmacy people are always trying hard to please their customers. Recently pharmacy has new managment and looks like everybody is way friendly. Love cvs pharmacy.

Very simple things grab what you need on the go. A bit pricey but still worth it

he closing managers were extremely friendly and took wonderful care of me. The store was clean and well stocked. The store manager was exceptionally helpful amd friendly. Her associate at the register was funny and got me through checkout quickly.
