I went in to have a dead battery tested and then replaced. The young man giving assistance went above and beyond to assist with the removal and replacement. He was working on my one battery clasp for well over 30 minutes. He gave extra care to clean the clasp extra well since it had been neglected. A second attendant gave assistance as well which was a great help. I appreciate the service both attendees gave to get my wife’s car up and going.

Every time I come to this location, the staff is friendly and helpful. The crew that’s there on Mondays are amazing. I came in for wiper blades and despite it pouring outside, one gentleman offered to put them on my car (in a downpour!). The staff was so lovely, we had some laughs and I walked out in an incredible mood based on their service and fun, playful, personable demeanor.

Terrific customer service! My wife went there to get a replacement rear window wiper blade for our Toyota Rav4, and the woman who sold it to her asked, "Would you like me to install it?” Now these Toyota rear wipers do not have a J-clip design, and it’s not obvious how to install them – but the lady at Advance Auto looked it up on YouTube and did the job in a jiffy. We highly recommend this auto parts store!

Such a great experience tonight! Michael Ford and Ms J. truly went above and beyond! They were both very knowledgeable and kind. I learned things to look for to keep my battery running longer. They were very efficient and both did their best to make our experience the best possible. 10/10 stars. Definitely recommend!

Every time I go into this Advance they are so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and always provide fast service. The Assistant General Manager, Ron, is such a nice guy. He went over and beyond to make sure I am on the right path with all of the car repairs I have been attempting to do myself. Great guy, great store! Highly recommended.

While traveling home from work a heater core hose adapter cracked spraying antifreeze all out. Luckily this Advance was very near so I could stop and repair. As soon as I walked in my visit from start to finish was a helpful pleasant experience with service and parts to get the car repaired and be on my way. Thanks to all the team members that day for helping me in making a bad situation better that got me back home to Wilmington,N.C. safe and sound.

I went in for a headlight and both employees were friendly and super helpful. Michael Ford helped me and gave me some great advice on how to handle the bulbs and even gave me a glove so I wouldn't get dirty. My lights are so much better now 🤩

Needed a new battery ordered in app was available for installation 20 minutes later. Store associate who installed was very professional and efficient

Went in because I noticed my battery warning light was on and I heard a humming noise. I had them test the battery and alternator and turned out that my alternator was bad. So Ron helped me look up the right alternator for my car, had it delivered from another store, and brought it next door to Mr. Tire for them to replace it. He also mentioned that if I turned in my old alternator, that I would get some money back. Ron was very helpful and a really nice guy. Total cost was much less than I originally expected because I bought the part myself.

Excellent service. Free battery check and install. Demetra was wonderful to work with and was full of valuable information.

Jordai answered the phone with excitement when I called to make sure they were open, when I got there her and Michael were very personable, helpful, and full of knowledge of the products (after explaining what noises my car has been making, and best bank for your buck on windshield wipers). I used to go to Advanced Auto on Morrisville Carpenter in morrisville but Michael and Jordai won me over. I will be shopping here for any future auto part purchase. Thank you for nothing but the best service 👏😁

It was really nice. I had purchased a light bulb from their sister store and couldn't get the old one out. The manager...I think was so nice. He came right out...popped the old bulb out and put the new one in!!

I was driving around in Morrisville the other day in the pouring rain. It came to my attention that I had forgotten to get new windshield wipers that were badly needed. I located Carquest on my phone and pulled in. The staff was very helpful. They had a choice of wipers that I needed in stock. They have a nice location that is easy to get in and out of. They provide free wiper installation.

Nice people work here always willing to help. I purchased a voltage regulator for my car but unfortunately I had to return the part since my car equipped with a different alternator.

Not the biggest advance auto store, but if you're looking for the basics, they definitely have it here. Parking is always available any time of the day, and the crowds aren't big at all.

The assistant manager Keith and the other employee were extremely helpful in assisting with the parts we needed. Keith was confident, knowledgeable and made this a good experience.

They were close to closing time but they were very nice, quick and helpful in getting my new battery pulled and installed

Great service, had just what I needed, and got there right at closing and they were still willing to help.

Just stopped in to get new battery in my wife's car, greeted with a smile and helped by Mike. He not only got me squared away but had battery installed all WITHIN 10 MINUTES!!!! I'll be back👍
