From the moment my husband and I walked into Sim's Auto. We were greeted and treated SO good by Layla Brown. As we've had a bad experience with another dealership in the last 8 months. This experience was phenomenal! The service after the sale/ purchase of my vehicle has also been GREAT!! Charley is also very personalable and professional too! I highly recommend them, if your in the market for a A+ vehicle. I will be doing business with them again soon for a truck for my husband. I give them 5+ stars!!

We just got our second vehicle from them! They were very patient and kind. They explained everything we needed to know. Charlie went out of his way to make our deal happen. Mrs Kylie started our sale and Layla wrapped up the paper work. They both were a delight to work with on getting our new (to us) vehicle. The company allowed them to bring their kids to work with them on Saturday, that alone deserves recognition because most places do not allow that. They even have cute pups to look at while you're there. All in all we would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks again Sims Auto!

Always very professional and courteous. No matter the problem they do their best to help you get whatever you need done in a timely manner . Probably the best auto place around jones county. If you need anything from a car to an oil change , they are the place to go.
