My kids and I love Regina, in fragrances! She's been helping my teen sons and I pick out the best colognes for them and perfumes for me. She's kind, knowledgeable and a great help! ❤✨

My partner and I recently had a wedding to attend. I was in search of a men's top and had the pleasure of being assisted by Kelly. I couldn't recall my measurements, so she swiftly measured me and began pairing me with shirts based on the criteria I gave her. We were so impressed with her extensive knowledge of their current inventory and her ability to find things that matched my taste so well, what a star! She's was also very personable and genuinely friendly, which is not as common as you would think. Hold on to this one Dillard's! Two thumbs up, five stars!

I wish we would have gotten our sales assistance name. He was an older gentleman and was patient and kind with my 10 year olds fragrance journey! He was passionate and allowed my son to take his time and even let him pick out samples. Wish this location carried Creed and Amouge fragrances.

Took my grandson shopping for an upcoming trip. Was expertly assisted by Amber Dawn Martin. She helped us size him, and showed us a wide array of styles. She made our visit a wonderful shopping experience. This is big coming from an old guy who hates to shop. Thank you Amber and I will be coming back with his 2 younger brothers for their outfits as well.

I rarely shop at the mall anymore,but I wanted to mention what excellent customer service I received yesterday at the Jo Malone counter from a kind young man, Brandon.
The definitely knew the perfume line and was helpful to me, without that overbearing customer service that we often encounter and shy away from.

Great selection of dress shirts and ties! They had a friendly and knowledgeable staff! They helped me get the correct measurements to ensure the clothing fit correctly.

We're in our 70s and this is the definition of a great old-style department store. High end store with designer clothes and accessories.

Some shirts look like yatd sale stuff but prices are like 15x higher than anything is worth. Expect to pay high for the name brands! Much, much higher.

Had an amazing experience with Kelly in the men’s department. We were greeted by her after an unpleasant experience with the men’s store manager. She’s is terribly unprofessional.
Kelly not only helped us pick out 2 shirts she also assisted with measurements and suggested what button up would be better for cold weather. We ended up leaving with a number of items due to her assistance. When we go back I will actually call ahead and ask for Kelly. She is simple the best!!!

The little lady was happy shopping so peace for me ....Thanks for large selection for her and great waiting room chair for me. Consider a beer tap at each dressing room opening and NFL ticket on small screen for those of us holding the wallet and extra clothes please.

Been coming here for years.. Recently had such a fantastic experience getting the entire family new shoes.. The young man Scott was so very helpful and knowledgeable about sizing and product offerings. Never have my two sons or myself been happier with our selections!

Great selection of woman’s shoes, handbags, and makeup at the very least. Tons of brands and easy to shop with really helpful staff.
