Friendly staff, very clean and helpful

I started shopping with these folks when I moved to town since they're very close to my house. They're always friendly, and have no problem helping somebody like me who generally doesn't have much experience in DIY-type things. I also signed up for their rewards program when I first went in and they send some really nice coupons to you in the mail for holidays and your birthday. I highly recommend them.

This store is well stocked, clean and the employees are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are an excellent example of what customer service should be everywhere.

This place is the closest thing to a modern-day "general store" you'll find. They fill propane, ship UPS, carry a pretty wide selection, and are always well-staffed. I'm very glad they're in Grottoes because I need to stop here almost every day.
