Pilot Travel Center

This has got to be the best Pilot I've ever frequented. I would recommend this Pilot to the FREAKING WORLD! If your in this area, stop thru, you won't be disappointed. There's plenty of parking, clean and 🔥 showers, excellent STAFF, the store was clean!!!! Man I'm telling you, if you want a chill spot with no worries come here. THANK YOU PILOT AND I WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO THE WORLD!!!!

This is one of the best Pilots I've been to. Delicious coffee, super friendly employees, and easy to find from the 80. The location is amazing!

The first thing that hit me was the SIZE of the parking lot. There's plenty of room to overnight for truckers and people pulling long loads. As a bonus, you can park here and walk right across the street to the Red Garter and the brightly-lit casinos. A nice two-for-one special!

I'm a frequent customer of pilot in West Wendover. Living. Here it is one of your go-to spots. It's got almost everything you need but I'm not here to talk about what they have. I'm here to talk about Ian. Ian not only represents great supervision and management, he represents the company as a whole. He represents Kindness, good gestures and going above and beyond and shows that he has no limits as to how far he will go to help you as long as it's in the guidelines of the company IAN has no limits. If you have the opportunity to walk into this pilot and you see Ian you make sure you Tell him, hello. This job is not an easy job I know this because I had to do it long ago. In fact it can be downright hard. It can be stressful. It can be hurtful. But Ian does it with ease. He does it with no animosity in his heart. Ian is a rockstar! And the staff that works around him is that much better simply because he's there! Thank you for always taking care of me, even when it's something as stupid as having to do a return, because I do a lot of those sometimes... So again my hats off to you Ian!!

Nice place for a pit stop. Decent prices with an Arby’s and other food options. I didn’t try the showers but they have a ton of them. Also, this is Nevada so gaming machines. I guess Nevada still requires masks(there are sign everywhere) for Covid but you would know it by the people walking around inside the store. Super extra large parking lot(biggest I’ve seen yet) runs down the street behind all the stores. It’s huge so I doubt it ever fills up. Anyhow, great place for a pit stop or overnight break. Recommend

Perfect place for stop. They have a lot of options in food and drinks.

Great gas station with all of the amenities. Showers and laundry for trucking. Casino inside as well.

Me and my husband love going to the pilot both the travel center and the casino. The people are always so very nice especially Ian and Adriana at the travel center and in the casino Geri, Liz and Octavio. They are the kindest and most considerate people I have met. It is always a wonderful place to stop at while in wendover. Thank u all for making our stop so great.

One of the best pilot I have been to. Had a awesome setup in terms of display and accessories. The in house casino was fairly good in terms of size and not as busy. The food was fresh. And the staff both in the casino and store were super friendly!

Very neat and clean showers.

General manager very polite and friendly... She helped me out being that I was half asleep trying to serve myself some dark chocolate mint hot chocolate. Man, it's so cold out here... Cool looking casino lights . sorry my phone wasn't cooperating to take pictures.

Shower was clean and water nice and hot. Cashier's was friendly and smiles which after a long day driving is nice for us Drivers. Thanks pilot crew 👍 shower lady doing a great job.

Was driving home from Yellowstone after dropping my amazing daughter off to school! I'm so proud of her! Passing through on our way to Arkansas, my deadbeat son-in-law unfortunately back to work at the church by the airport. He used to really like to go to church and worship the lord, until he a became a pastor. Now all he does is live in my house and eat my burger, but he won't even go out and get some Mickey's for me.

My family and I had a great experience. Clean parking lot. Clean bathrooms and inside the store. We try and stay at one every night for our 10 hrs. Thanks again. Until next time.

The cleanest showers I have seen at any truck stop... EVER! Very friendly staff too. Good job on having three washing machines and four dryers also.
