I went in to the Chillicothe location trying to switch providers and also get a discounted rate for having EBT and Medicaid. Both Jeremy and Lacy helped me figure it all out along with some other complications. They killed it. They’re both very good at what they’re doing and couldn’t have been more helpful. The five stars goes completely to them and their customer service skills. Thanks guys. Keep doing what y’all are doing!

Jeremy is a great sales rep. For the store my family and I have known him for a long time and have had service through cricket for a long time. Jeremy has always helped my family and myself to the fullest. Jeremy is a good dude to get any help needed with phone service or phones through the store.

I went to cricket last week.. I left Verizon.. Lennon brown and the other guy Jeremy Hamrick helped me with my every need. They were great gentleman and very respectful! Great customer service and a good time!

I've been with cricket for over a year and I have had a very positive experience! The staff is always very courteous and helpful if we have any issues. The plans are very affordable and the service is good! I travel 3 counties for my job so service is important! Our local office in chillicothe, the staff are friendly funny and very knowledgeable! I most definitely would recommend cricket wireless!! Thanks Cricket!

I only gave 5 stars for Lennon and Jeremy... I came into the store on Wednesday.. I encountered an associate named Lacee and she was so damn rude. She has no customer swevice skills at all... And we had a lady behind us as we came that turned right around because she was workin.

I switched to Cricket and im telling you it was the best choice i could have ever made!!60 dollars for Unlimited EVERYTHING with HBO Max included..With me getting food stamps i signed up on the ACP plan and it took 30.00 off my bill now is 30.00 dollars..Jeremy was sooo much help and always smiling and willing to help at all times..Customer service is a 10!!!!!

I got a new Iphone 6 with the unlimited plan with the $7 insurance per month. Got set up on Autopay to save a little extra, total savings is $96 a year. I switched over from T-mobile and I can already see the difference in service. Glad they finally opened up a Cricket next to my house. So far So good! Customer service here at Cricket compared to Customer service at T-mobile can be said as "Fact and Fiction they hardly compare". Appreciate it Dylon, I am sending my roommate your way!!!!!

Went in to purchase a hotspot box and service. The employee told me they had a plan with unlimited talk, text and hotspot data. Come to find out data was only 15 gb. Ok I over looked that because I only need it to job hunt. Next when I got home my wifi hotspot wouldn't work went back in guy fixed it. Later wanted #ported over which I didn't know cost. Ok no big deal my fault for wanting to wait. Again couldn't get mobile hotspot called again. Fixed right away with explaination. Most companies won't explain. Even though the sales people are told to wheel and deal like car salesmen at least my issues were addressed and fixed.

Very great customer service. Very knowledgeable employees. Very polite and quick service. One of the best customer experience I had thanks to the employees Lenon Brown and Jeremy Hamrick.
