Needed labels, created them on line. Extremely easy. Picked them up the next day. It says same day, but if you order after 2pm, it will be pushed to next day.

I print everything here and have never had a bad experience. Tonight I didn’t realize their closing time had changed, so I was running late before they closed and they were still so kind and accommodating. Very appreciative!

I come to Staples weekly but primarily for my shipping needs. It’s helpful that if I need any office supplies they have a huge variety. And the prices are pretty good. This location is conveniently located next to other businesses if you need to get other things done. Definitely come to Staples if you need office supplies without having to run to places like Walmart or target.

this is where i always go to send back my amazon returns and sometimes even toilet paper. The staff is nice, they do their jobs fast.

Walked in trying to print business cards and Ms. Isabel took really good care of my situation. She took the time of day to walk me through the whole process and get what I needed done. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back when I need more business cards

Had a GREAT experience with Michael. He really went above and beyond with helping me and my fiance figure out what we need with our order. He pointed out that we had duplicates of items we didn't want duplicates of, helped with figuring out good cardstock options, and was able to take care of everything same day.

Highly recommend coming here if you need some professional printing. Will definitely come back for future needs.

I have had quick print jobs to get out for clients and marketing purposes. Jenny and the Print/Marketing staff are always so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend in the big box store arena. Great customer service.

I'm pleasantly surprised with the service at this Staples. I needed a book spiral bound and they did it in 5 minutes! And it was beautiful, also the staff is so polite and helpful. The cashier signed me up for the rewards membership and she explained everything so thoroughly. Thanks so much for this awesome service!

I've been going into the store directly to order my business cards the last three times. I've been having a problem logging into my account on my computer since they changed vendors for the business cards and now do it in store. But they got a copy on file in their computer and they're more than happy to let me do the ordering from my account on their computer's website.

My mother and brother had gone in and paid for a some copies and a white-out but did not receive it, after they went back to the store an employee told them nothing could be done about it. Hours later once I heard what had happened I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. I simply let him know the situation and asked what the policy on that was the store manager Aaron immediately apologized and let me know that if I could provide the receipt I could go back and get the white-out. Once I finally got back to the store he was very friendly and helpful and let me get the product they had originally paid for. Thankful for Aaron’s help and understanding.

They always have a good selection of planners, and basic office supplies. But their real value is the print and marketing team. They'll help you map out your project, get it done in a timely manner, and make you feel like a valued customer.

Michael, especially. He always takes great care of us whenever we go to Staples for our personal or business needs.

Printing services was phenomenal, they guy I think his name is shark, was extremely helpful. Took the time to show me how to print invitations and how to work the printers how to load the paper properly informed me of other services provided. Next time I go I now will know how to use these printers

We've been going here since the Office Depot left town and like it much better. There's always something interesting to look at. We've gotten an office chair and computer paper, as well as cleaning and household supplies. The special coupons keep us coming back for more. People there are friendly, too, which is great.

Very rude service. Manager are all rude. And staff was rude. Couldn't be bothered by anyone in need of help. And a very dirty store, mice poop and mice everywhere and roaches. The only reason I'm putting 5 stars is because I want people to see this. Don't go in and talk to Joel Davis, or Kevin the head manager. Both really rude people. They don't treat their employees right either. New management needs to come in immediately. Every employee looked unhappy to be there.

Have been using Staples for everything office for 20 years. They know what they are doing, have what we need in stock or can get it to our door in hours. Prices really are competitive, and their employees are friendly and know how to help. WAY better than that other office supply store.

My husband and I have been messing with our printer for over an hour trying to print some really important documents that had to be turned in ASAP- that we were just told about in order for his paternity leave to go through.

I have been using kinkos all the way in Keller had no idea that staples did these things too.

A Very kind patient lady named Crystal was not even bothered that I walked in at 5min till closing. She printed off my documents in one minute upon arrival, And had us on our way at 8:58p ! :D very grateful for such an efficient and pleasant employee

Needed to print off a few documents and used the self service printer/copier. I managed to be in and out within a few moments.
