AT&T Store

Deonte was amazing! Truly went above & beyond, all with wonderful, caring respect to help solve my android phone issue! He's a huge asset to the company!

The STORE deserves 5 stars. Caileigh, the young lady who assisted us, was EXCELLENT! We were greeted immediately by her. Because of her actions, and HER ACTIONS ALONE, she saved us 2-3 days without cellular connection. The same CANNOT be said for customer support. The first line of support CLEARLY didn’t know how to resolve our issues. Due to Caileigh’s actions and her tenacity to endure customer support, she got past the first level of support, to the second, and with the help of a manager in the second level, she was able to send us back home with working phones.
Caileigh, may the Lord bless you. You were fantastic!

While planning to take advantage of another brand’s highly publicized Black Friday sale, I stopped in to AT&T Cellular World to see if they could match it. Consultant Caileigh Burnsed listened to my needs, recommended devices/service that met them, and beat their competitors seemingly amazing price by over $50/month. She then went above and beyond the call of duty by reloading our profiles on the new devices while we went to lunch! It was by far the most seamless and enjoyable cellular shopping experience I’ve ever had. Thank you, Caileigh!

Jonathan was great. My 82 year old mother was having trouble with her phone and he helped us. Then a couple of hours later she somehow deleted her contacts, we went back and Jonathon was still there and helped her again. We left and a block away she thought she did something else. Jonathan again helped her. He was polite and helped her with patience. Thank you

Great service..knowledgable young man made everything so easy for us. Explained everything very thoroughly for 2 seniors who are not tech savvy. While we were waiting for our new phones to download he helped a man that I think was mute. He was so good and patient shows his good upbringing. His parents would be proud. Excellent employee. I worked with Monica Rios at the Cellular World store on Camp Bowie Blvd in Fort Worth. She was very understanding and very helpful. Based upon her help and walking me through everything I needed to know, I will never use another AT&T store. She has made me a customer for life. She is a wonderful asset for your store.

I went to this location to see about getting my phone fixed cause I broke it. Juan was so knowledgeable and helpful. My phone wouldn’t turn on but Juan said that I could trade it in to get a $30 credit on my account. It ended up that the phone couldn’t be traded in but I still got the bill credit. Juan had his DM add the credit on for me and I got my phone back too. It was frustrating that no one notified me for like a week that my phone wasn’t traded in. I only found out this information because I called the store about my bill. Even so, this has been the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at AT&T. Every other AT&T representative I’ve spoken to (in person or on the phone) have all lied to me in some way and given me bad information. I honestly don’t like AT&T and don’t recommend it for phone service for many reasons. But if you’re going to have it and you need to go to a store, go here and talk to Juan. He has truly earned my trust.

I actually enjoyed my visit with this store. My sales associate dezz actually was very patient with me and my changing of items. Although I waited a while it was mostly my fault due to the fact that I didn't know what I wanted and I suggested for him to take the customer in front of me which led to a bigger issue that he wasnt able to fix but it handled it well although the customer had a attitude with him like he was the problem and he wasnt.

We were in FW and decided to "bite the bullet" and return my faulty phone for one that worked. We had to wait a few minutes bc it's obvious the store is understaffed. We waited patiently until Kali helped us. It was obvious she is knowledgeable, customer oriented and self directed. While visiting AT&T is Not on our favorite stops...Kali changed our perception...she's a breath of fresh air in today's world of surly, unresponsive customer care.Shes so good at her job that a die hard Moto user switched to the Samsung fold..lol

EVAN BOOHER at this AT&T store is the BEST!!! He helped me and my husband get our new lines fast and easy, and really helped us a lot in the process. He's very patient, very kind, and very accommodating. I'm an international student and Evan is very understanding to international students needing phone lines. If ever you are one, Evan is the man to go to! :) :) :) Can't thank him enough for his help to us!!!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Juan and Jose for helping me during a convoluted process that lasted over the course of 3 days.
I had an upgrade and decided to switch from iPhone 11 to a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, but decided against it and switched back to iPhone and got the 13. They were sold out at this location, so I went to Alta Mere's store where the 13 was in stock, but received horrible customer service from Kaylee that left me with mistakes that needed to be corrected with the data transfer and screen protector application. Jose helped me with the 1st phone switch I did and Juan helped correct the mistakes made from the other store.
Both had *incredible* customer service attitudes, were personable, got down to the root of the problem, helped me quickly and efficiently, and made this process as smooth as possible and helped restore my old data.
Josh and another guy I don't know the name of were supportive to me and cared by helping fix my screen protector to simply following up with me about my experience.
I love this location and the people who work here are a lot of fun and have great personalities.
I wouldn't trust my phone or ask for help from anyone else.

Cailee and Malcom run this store pleasantly. They are very nice and kind, helpful and both multitasked together. They are five star representations of AT&T. I will always use this location because of these two smiling kind faces! Thank you both!

Jason was an amazing help!! My fiancé and I went in needing a lot! First, we needed to get each of our phone numbers transferred from our respective parents plans to a new plan. If that wasn’t complex enough, we also needed to disconnect my family insurance from my number to do the transfer and we had differing area codes. Plus, we both wanted new phones, insurance, and to do our set up in store. Jason was able to assist through it all and made it seamless, despite needing multiple overrides. He answered every question, made sure we knew what plan worked best for us, and was so very patient! It’s not often such a task can be tackled with such ease, but Jason was awesome!!

I recently had the occasion to go into the Camp Bowie ATT store. I cannot say enough nice things about Juan Gutierrez. I had a very unusual and difficult issue with my phone. He treated me with kindness, patience, and respect. He solved all my problems. It is considerably out of my way but as long he is at that store I will drive the extra miles. THANKS JUAN!!!!
