I stopped by on a whim on my through town. The shop is large, clean, and incredibly well ran. I was clear I had no intention of buying and the owner and staff both went out of there way to show off new games and just bond over TCgs and life. Ended up spending some cash on a new game to me and they even let me pop 2 packs at the table with a promise that if I struck gold that they would show me and buy em on the spot. Ofc that means I pulled absolutely nothing of note :)

Long story short. Show up. Get to know the staff. I guarantee you will become invested in this shop and your hobby.

Always a welcoming staff and a great place to play! Refined consistently has a good amount of stock, and the fact that they do buy/sell Lorcana TCG singles is awesome!

I was recently introduced to Refined Gaming by a good friend when I wanted to sell some old Pokemon cards.

Not only were Nick & his staff fair on pricing, but they were also knowledgable and honest about what I had and what the true values were for the cards based upon edition and condition.

I was treated fairly, honestly and given a very interesting education. I highly recommend Nick and Refined Gaming for your card gaming needs!

My family and I are new to the Pokémon card game. The staff was very friendly, and very eager to help us learn the game better. They also went above and beyond to help us find cards that we were wanting/needing. Now the whole house is a Pokémon battleground. and we will be returning to beef up our decks more! Plenty to choose from ($15 cards to 25 cents per card) for all budgets.

No magic the gathering... Awesome store for Pokemon, Lorcana, and Yu-Gi-Oh. Great stock of sealed product as well as single cards from vintage to modern. Mostly in line with TCG pricing. Plenty of tables for tournament play and streaming of the games played at table #1. Store owner, employees, and the regulars that play here are all very welcoming. Definitely one of the best card shops in our area.

Great experience great knowledge all around was great id have to say they won me over considering I was against card shops I still am but there on the good list now they even talked other shops up I walk in to this shop for them to just talk down on dude and refined gaming so I grabbed my sports cards and old marvel cards and left smh

My son and I love coming here often! The staff is like family to us and the community of players is incredible! The shop is always clean. The tournaments are well organized and publicized. The prices are always fair.

Best card shop in Ohio hands down. Knowledgeable staff, diverse inventory and a fantastic owner. Nick has made one of the best communities for people to come share their passions in a safe respectful environment. If your looking for the best you've found it.

By and large the best place to buy trading cards of all varieties. If you are in the Toledo area, its a must stop and shop location just to see what they have in stock (and they are always stocked on all product it seems). The owner makes sure you feel so welcomed and there's little to no judgement (and even if there is, its constructive criticism so you can better yourself).

This place is for any skill level and even if you think you aren't up to par, they have have in person classes so you can feel comfortable enough to play at any level . Whether it be there or at the next level.

There is a reason this place is rated so highly! Super kind and quick service to help anyone and everyone. They have a tablet with all of their inventory on it, as well as a business card. You can scan to search the inventory and purchase cards from home! Holy Toledo! Good prices for single cards to complete your collection. Tons of stuff for everyone. Not just pokémon collectors. I absolutely love Refined Gaming. A few friends and I came across this store while looking for some Pokémon bulk, and we have been coming here for cards and tournaments ever since! The team is so friendly and welcoming, and the environment is comforting yet exciting. They have plenty of cards in stock for both players and collectors of Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokémon, odds are, they'll have what you're looking for. I wouldn't lie, I'm a regular at this shop - and there's good reason for that. Refined Gaming is unique to the area in that they offer more than just sealed product and a place to play. Nick and Jenna, the owners of RGLLC, give a bigger sense of community that is hard to find in most other hobby stores. Five days a week they offer events for three TCG's that are growing insurmountably and there is no bias towards one group or another. People of all ages, race, gender, etc. are welcome with open arms regardless of the game that you play. It's an escape from the mundane to where for 3-4 hours you are surrounded by both staff and other patrons where you can relate and share a passion in card games and not be ridiculed or judged for the hobby you enjoy.

You are always greeted with beautiful murals of local artist, which were done by Tony Touch, on each side of the entering hall as well as a hello from whomever is working at the register! It's not just one person either. Everytime I stop in, I get multiple greetings from the staff! You can really tell the people that work there truly enjoy their job. The store is always clean and well stocked. Prices are fair as well as their offers to buy Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokemon cards, even bulk!

Another thing I really enjoy about Refined Gaming, is they invest so much into the community. As stated before, they find other local/small businesses to take care of any artwork needed for the store. Every Sunday, Refined runs a free Pokemon tournament so people have a chance to learn about the Pokemon TCG and grow that community. They run giveaways during the school year as raffles for kids' grade cards and even run a Trunk or Treat during the halloween season!

Refined Gaming has been such an integral part to so many people's life and its ever-growing community, and I am beyond thankful that this once-upon-a-time dream has become a successful reality!

Amazing store, if you live around the Toledo area or southeast Michigan area. Highly recommend! Great prices and they take care of each and every customer! Looking to play yugioh, Pokémon or lorcana this is the place to be! 10/10 would recommend!

Me and my boyfriend took his son to spend his birthday money, he had a hard time picking what he wanted and was overwhelmed by the amount of options, but the owner helped him narrow it down and made sure he was getting the stuff he needed for his deck. The owner explained to him what everything was and was very patient. We all appreciate his help and time. They also gave him some cool stuff for his birthday that was greatly appreciated. Me and my boyfriend come here all the time and every employee is always nice, helpful, and great with Kids.

Absolutely love this store. The owners are amazing and some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet.

I had a wonderful experience! This place embodied what I look for when making a purchase for anything. Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff, organized access to all products as well as a focus on the target community! It was cool to see so many games being played without being disturbed. I definitely recommend and I will definitely be back 100%

Best OTS store. Will always be the best store even if Konami takes the OTS status away. Amazing owner who’s fun to talk to, really nice employees, very fair judge calls during tournaments. Other trading card shops pale in comparison to Refined Gaming LLC!

The whole staff and locals are supper friendly and helpful. This is the most organized and efficient card shop iv ever been to. I work traveling all over the country and I give this shop a 10/10 I plan to order from them even after I leave the area they are worth supporting!

Went in recently with a large bundle of Pokémon cards, most of which were rather old and had damage that made grading very difficult. Everyone I spoke to about them was incredibly kind, and despite how much time it took to sift through that many individual items, they completed the task no problem and laid out their pricing guide easily for me to understand. Also, they had an answer for every question I asked. Everyone who works there seems incredibly well-informed, and if you actively play either of the card games they specialize in, I can't reccomend their services enough :)
