They read a code for me. Came out to my car when it was cold and snowing. I appreciate it

The guy who helped me out went above n beyond to explain my options and what the codes meant when he checked out my car. The store was clean and the employee was very helpful.

As someone who works in retail, I'm keenly aware that service makes the difference. There's simply too much choice out there to take customers for granted. Well I have to say that in my experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts Vandalia Chris doesn't take you for granted.

I came in to get new windshield wiper blades. Chris took the time to not only give me his opinion on which ones to buy (not the most expensive ones btw), but also a real education on them. He then installed them for me, all with a pleasant attitude.

Look, customers have a responsibility too. I've learned that you get what you give. Come in pleasant, you often get pleasant. Be grateful and you get it in return. But I get the sense Chris is a pro's pro no matter what. I sincerely hope it's a long time before I need to return for auto care needs, but when I do, it'll be at Vandalia O'Reilly.

I only go to O'Reilly's. Every one I've ever been to the associates are always friendly and don't invalidate me because I'm a female. I get what I need, talk about cars and projects and leave happy every single time.

Always have the part, or a day away, often call when it's arrived from across town. Today they lent the tool that I needed, I'm a customer for life!!!

If they don't have it they can usually get it. I've thrown some interesting parts request their way. Everything from diesel truck parts to farm tractor parts and a lot in between.
