The UPS Store

Long time Business owner and mailbox renter, this store is a great time saver for me, the staff is pleasant and helpful. I ship about 20 or so times a year and have never had a problem. Keep up the good work, be safe.

I was lost and I called UPS to see if they were still open. A young man stayed on the phone with me and guided me to his store. He stayed open to take my order . I don't know his name but I really appreciate that he helped me. I am 78 years old.

Made an Amazon return here for the first time, wonderful service! I did not know that I needed to box the return and the staff respectfully explained my options.

All the guys and gal that have ever helped me have been friendly and knowledgeable . I am there at least once a week, if not more, dropping off amazon returns and they all have been helpful!

I am a long term customers since the store is 1 mile from my location. The staff has been very helpful and even go beyond to help me and other customers. Today I had several returns back to Amazon. After I returned home I noticed that I mismatched the return code and the goods. I went back to the store and Zack helped me pulled out the 3 bags which were ready to be shipped out. Zack also helped me open the bags and for me to rearrange them. I was so impressed by his patience.

I am originally from out of state and sadly most of my experiences here in Columbus had NOT been good ones, to a point I've been pondering another move!
However, when I went into this particular Gahanna UPS Store to get a mailbox I was ASTONISHED and simply BLOWN AWAY...
I am convinced that I have met one of Columbus/Gahanna's "HIDDEN GEMS"!

I was AMAZED to experience such high levels of SERVICE, FRIENDLINESS, KINDNESS, KNOWLEDGE, THOUGHTFULNESS, and PERSONABLENESS!!! Thank You.

It was such a PLEASANT place to do business that I walked away SATISFIED and with a COMFORT to have spent my hard earned money, which was a feeling I had not felt in quite some time!!!

The icing on the cake was that... The person was the OWNER of the UPS Store!!! YES!!!!

NO... His head was NOT so high in the clouds that it was beneath him working on the weekends!
I observed him Greeting and Helping everyone that came in with the very SAME patience & kindness he had just bestowed upon me! Amazing, right?!

He had shared some of his wild experiences in seeking a new-hire that I was willing to sit my purse down and put a brown shirt on myself and my grandson who was with me, just to show gratitude for his ATTITUDE & KINDNESS towards us!

Some people you can INSTANTLY tell they are GOOD PEOPLE with just as GOOD of a heart, and deserve GOOD to come right back to them 1,000 fold! Amen.

Yes I agree, the staff is ALWAYS, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant.
Which is a miracle considering PIA public they have to deal with.

The staff has always been amazing from the owner, manager, to counter staff.
I have used their services for two years and very happy!!
If they are busy or closing, they aren't chatty - just like us at the end of our day. So be considerate and realize they are servicing other customers or trying to close.
This location is out of the way for me but worth the drive!!
