UPDATE: leaving my old review simply so you all know how well the owner handled the situation! As soon as I posted this review he reached out, found our receipt, refunded us, apologized for our experience, and promised he was taking it seriously with the employee as well. I trust he’s totally on top of his employees, his store, and his product!

Paid over $60 for a disposable THC vape pen that was broken. They refused any exchanges, returns, replacements, or money back. Within the week after purchasing, the pen was leaking from a small hole on the bottom. I took it in and showed the manager. He said there was nothing they could do. Claimed it was against FDA policies to reimburse me or give me another pen. He told me to contact the manufacturer of the pen. Then he said, and I quote, “but the manufacturer will probably give you the ring around. So I’m not sure what to tell you to do.” I then asked for a receipt of purchase to show the manufacturer, to which he couldn’t locate in his system. So I left. Now I’m YouTubing ways to disassemble the pen and transfer the oil to a new cart. Oh, he did tell me as I was leaving that he would give me a small discount next time I wanted to come back and buy another pen, to which I told him I definitely would not be buying another pen here??? WTH? Lmfao

They had an entire shipment. Literally atleast 75-100 of the same pens stocked on the wall. They are still selling them! They must not vet out companies before they sell their pens. ELF THC is not the same as ELF nicotine pens.

I shopped there yesterday and received excellent customer service. Danny and Tonya helped me choose the products that best fit my needs. The section was amazing and their customer service was exceptional. I will be shopping here in the future!

Great selection and friendly staff. I drive about a half hour out of my way to come to this store. They consistently have a great stock of quality vaping products, 100% worth the drive!

I sent a message via google maps and received a immediate response. They were so very helpful and even ordered the e liquid and pods I needed. Even explained what quality e liquid should look like (which is clear not brown). So grateful for their help and advice. Number 1 place to go.

I love this store! The staff are always helpful and friendly and they have such a huge selection of disposables as well. Not to mention that the store is always clean and organized. If you need a one stop shop for all your vaping needs, this is the place to go.

Efran (who’s name I hope I’m not misspelling) is absolutely the man. Whatever He recommends, just get it. I’ve gone through a lot of non-disposable devices in far too short a time, and he sold me on the newest Caliburn. It’s a solid couple steps above anything I’ve tried, in every way. Very friendly, professional… just top notch. Also hit the nail on the head with the juice recommendation. New Customer🤙
