The UPS Store

Fantastic service at this location today! I had a complicated order and the location was understaffed due to an employee not being able to work their shift today. My service person was calm, efficient and very nice to work with, despite the super busy time of day and having to manage everything on her own.

I came in to return 10 shirts to Amazon and was a complete disorganized mess about it. Both employees were not only patient and friendly but also very friendly to my daughter. It was a very pleasant experience.

I shop too much online and with that comes frequent returns. The UPS store on Elmwood Ave., Rochester, NY 14618 is my go to UPS store for returning items. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and cheerful. Occasionally there is a line. But I am always greeted with a “ I’ll be with you in just a moment”. To have such customer service is a bonus!! A pat on the back is deserved for a job well done!

I had a huge suitcase, and a picture with glass in frame, to ship 3000 miles, plus some complicated Amazon returns. Shawn did a great job of multitasking and helping with how to most efficiently deal with these shipping headaches. Meantime, Char, the other UPS employee, effectively handled crowd control of other customers, while Shawn helped me out. Great store. By the way, this was the 3rd Rochester-area UPS store that I went to for these shipments, and the other two were singularly uphelpful. Cannot thank Shawn enough for his help.

Lisa, the notary, is delightful. I had to sign and send a document after my father passed away, and it was less painful with how friendly and helpful Lisa is.

I love this store! I have been going to this location for > 20 years ... I received an essential shipment each month, that this store "holds" for me to pick up. They are kind, polite, and helpful. There are employees that have been there for years, who I watch as they teach the newer employees.
The employees seem to work together well ... and manage 'crowd control' well. Sometimes, the store is STACKED full of packages waiting to be sent out ... sometimes there is a line of customers 8-10 deep, but they are taken care of asap.
If you need something shipped out, that doesn't fit in your standard box, I have also had them build a box to fit my oddly shaped gift I'm sending out.
I encourage people to just be patient ... these have been tough years for everyone ... and these employees are doing their best under some times that are very difficult.

This is my go to store, the staff here is unparalleled in knowledge, effectiveness, and professionalism. They're also very friendly and helpful, highly recommended!

Emily was wonderful! She made every effort to save me money (it was a costly furniture shipping), and all I had to do was drop my chairs off, fill out a few forms, and pay. They appeared at my apartment BEFORE I expected them -- in perfect condition. Emily even tried to convince me I should go to a UPS center, not their franchise, to save money, but she was so helpful, clear in her communication, made it so easy, and epitomizes what good customer service means that I happily spent the extra money to have her oversee the shipment! (And this was not the first time I was delighted with my treatment at this UPS Store).

The manager of this store, Emily, went above & beyond to help us with our house sale closing paperwork. There was a snafu in signing, but she was helpful & accommodating, making sure we were able to complete the process by agreeing to some extra steps that I'm sure she didn't have time for. We truly appreciate your help!

The UPS store in Brighton 14618 is wonderful. ALL the employees know how to take care of customers. They are patient and professional. I go there frequently. (I do think the owner should invest in newer computers however.). That being suggested, this is my "go to" store.

Char suggested ESL for notary services because there was not one available at the UPS store. She went beyond her duties to meet my needs. Kudos

The staff was so nice, the store was clean, one of the employees help me carry my box out because I had a child with me. Amazing job.

I would like to say that this UPS Store is wonderful. I have never had an issue. They accept packages with a smile. They don't hassle anyone with made up rules. If I take anything to the Henrietta store, I usually walk out with it still in my hand. I take same said package to the Brighton store on my way home and they do exactly what I expect. They accept it and put it on a big brown truck to get delivered. This is the store that I will use. Three horrible experiences at the Henrietta store helped me realize that this location needs a good review, because they do what they are supposed to do. And with a smile and a thank you!

Everyone is very nice and the service is always great. Didn’t find anyone’s clothing to be unprofessional. (If I had to wear a UPS polo t-shirt, I’d want to dress it up too with cool jewelry and accessories. Honestly, bring back more styles from the 90s.)

I have been to this UPS store many times and always have great service. More times than not, Keshawn has processed my returns, purchases. He is consistently knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. UPS is lucky to have such a reliable and conscientious team member!

Even though this store can get busy the staff keeps the traffic moving and does an excellent job of making sure your needs are met in a timely and thorough fashion. I've shipped a lot of boxes of various sizes and weights lately and the process has been very efficient. I've also had documents notarized here and that is a valuable service to have on offer. It can be surprisingly hard to track down a convenient notary public. Plenty of parking here too. I highly recommend. PS: All the boxes I've shipped have arrived on time and in good shape.

Service at this UPS location was outstanding. UPS employee, Clara, went above and beyond (staying over an hour past the end of her shift) helping us sort out the place cards for my sister's wedding. We provided her with a file that turned out not to print properly, and she spent ages fixing it for us to ensure that the place cards looked good. She pretty much saved the wedding (or at least our sanity in the lead up to the wedding) - my dad even mentioned her in his toast! I will definitely use this location again in the future.

Omg, Claire was so helpful and patient with me. She is AMAZING!!! Josh was super friendly and added to the wonderful experience!!! I now know that UPS does a lot more than what most of us think they do. Also they have accommodating hours (open late til 7pm 😃). I will recommend anyone to use their store for any of their services. Check them out sometime.
